“There is a new manager, though I don’t know how to spell his name, it sounds like “care-again”. He provided exceptional customer service this morning at 10:30 AM. He was patient, informative, kind, and went the extra mile by walking my food to my car due to my arm injury.
When I walked in, I was greeted with joyous- yet calm energy. He asked what happened to my arm (since it was in a sling) and proceeded to take my order. His playful, yet professional banter was refreshing. & his dedication to excellence is something I’ve never experienced at this location.
The lobby was clean, and everything in its rightful place. Staff members began sweeping the leaves out of the shared entrance, and assisted me with suggestions when placing my order. I am so impressed. Good job to today’s team.“
“I came in ordering stuff all wrong sayin Cajun when it was Louisiana rub I wanted.. the staff was so helpful even though it was MY mistake. Kiki and the guy(can’t think of his name cute chubby Hispanic guy) they fixed it for me and was cool about it.. now my question is WHY CORPORATE WONT LET THEM TAKE TIPS!!!! They deserve it..“
