9 Best Pizza Restaurants near Scandia

“Our first experience was awesome. One of the owners (Jared) was running the night. We got our pizza and ate outside. The pizza was obviously great quality. The crust was fresh and hand tossed dough. Such a difference. The menu was cool. Even a choice of fresh vs canned mushrooms. Their quality and prices are almost unmatchable. I worked pizza years ago. I also spent half my childhood in the chicago area of pizza competition. This pizza would have been appreciated by the Lou malnatis crowd. I spelled that wrong, but I was so surprised. Now for the best part: The owner came out leading an elderly woman in the community with her pizza. He was so genuinely kind and accommodating. He opened her door, and told her they could always bring it out to her or even bring it by. Then he came and talked to us. He met our dog and made us feel so welcome. It so lacked that generic aspect that is good enough. He even remembered me next time I came in and asked about my job. Last part: there were over 10 people that came in while we were there. Each and every one raved about the place. They said you have to get the ice cream. I just want to say that this business is a gift, not just to the community, but anyone passing through. You guys are seriously set apart. Keep it up!!!!“

“Sunday 2/16/25 I went in to get my to go order, California burger with raw onions and onion rings, and a mushroom Swiss burger and French fries, I gotta say everything was done to perfection!“

“Pizza Planet is a STAPLE in our household! Easily our family’s favorite pizza, conveniently local and you can’t go wrong with their icecream selection.“

“Love Pizza Pub, good pizza and great service! Fantastic spot on the lake.“

“We ordered Pizza Pub for the first time the night we moved to Center City. After a long day of moving, we were pleased by how fast the delivery was and how GOOD the food was. We’ve already ordered again since! Tonight I accidentally placed our order for takeout instead of delivery online and didn’t realize until it had been sitting for a while. When I got there, they had remade our entire order fresh. Amazing food and even better customer service. You officially have customers for life! ❤🍕“

“Here for the first time we walked in and it was very quiet but as we sat it started to pick up but the very nice young bartender greeted us when we walked in and asked us for drinks, she checked on us often, and the pizza was delicious!“

“We love the food at this Domino’s. We ordered a two topping medium pizza and it was delicious. And Haley, the assistant manager, turned an unfortunate experience with an offer that could only be used in the app, into a very positive experience. Thank you Haley. Much appreciated!“
