“If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I absolutely would without hesitation! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with the warmest welcome. Even though I opted for takeout, the level of care and attention to detail from the staff was exemplary. A beautiful moment caught my eye as I noticed a family observing their fast, and to my surprise, the same gentleman who took my order was graciously preparing tea for them. It was a heartwarming gesture that truly reflected the genuine hospitality of this restaurant. I cannot recommend this gem of a restaurant highly enough. I have the frequent buyer punch card and if you love coffee, I recommend asking for the punch card as well!My two favorite items are the espresso with tonic water and the cold coffee with little ice.When you stay to enjoy your beverages and baked items, there’s a large communal work space you can chat or work.Be careful when walking and watch your step! Some visitors have tripped on the small step near the front door.Parking: There are specific parking spots along the front left of the building. If full, there’s usually plenty of parking in the mail lot.“

I gave 4 stars because at our table there were some that ordered 1/2 malts and others that ordered full, and they were the same size...same amount in the metal cup. Server identified them as "half" and "full" when serving them (and charged accordingly). Just a note to the Snuffys folks, because there's a big difference in the cost.“

I have tried several sandwiches and a few soups, and nothing has disappointed so far.I highly recommend the current special "Chicken Wing", and if someone running the place reads this please add it to the normal menu before/when the specials change.I also recommend the coleslaw. “Crazy busy Friday night but found a table! Pretty loud but the booths cut out a lot of the noise. Food was fast and delicious-as always! Finished our pizza before we could capture the photo. Wings were a double order and were juicy. Buffalo sauce is pretty mild and a little sweet. Caesar salad was good and not overly dressed. The group loved the marinara pasta too!“
“I was doing a delivery and I personally have never been here myself until tonight…..it also won’t be my last time. I arrived and realized that my order that I need to deliver had 4 boxes (customer should only been three), a nice lady (manager or owner??) asked if she could help me (as I probably was looking dumbfounded) and she was so kind and sweet. She informed me that they have new employees tonight and this deep dish was made by accident. She offered to me and I took it…..so glad that I did because this was one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. Very flavorful and based on what the website says, cost is reasonable. I definitely will be back again all because of the very friendly and generous lady. I definitely can have more and more of that pizza. The sauce is really delicious. 10 stars for you guys! “We just got dessert to go. I had the coconut cake which was much better when warmed a little. My husband had the chocolate silk mini but really wasn't impressed noting it lacked the flavor one would expect of chocolate silk. I've eaten here once and the food was very good and I like their desserts.“

Generally the food is good, but quality can be inconsistent -- e.g. ingredients don't match what's on the order, missing dressing or wild rice hasn't quite finished cooking yet. “I have been a customer of the Shakopee Marco's Pizza for the last 5+ years. Shakopee like any town has a number of Pizzerias for your choosing. I tried all of the different pizzerias in town but I have not run into an establishment where they can beat Marcos price and quality of food. Yes, you could probably pay for a better pizza at a local restaurant, but it would be double in price and the crust would taste of cardboard. The coupons that are online are a killer deals. If you join the point club. it's really easy to occur points for discounts of future orders. The service is pretty typical of a pizza place. The staff has always been friendly to me. I never had an issue.“
