Samosa: We got the Veggie and Beef. The picture doesn't do it justice. It's delicious.
Chicken shawarma: make it dairy free by removing the oasis sauce and adding hummus. The hot sauce is palatable fire“

The food was spectacular, the wine pairings were ON POINT, and the best part was the service. From the hostess who seated us all the way thru, we were treated to DELIGHTFUL personalities and kindness. Our server, Corinn (sorry about the spelling), was so knowledgeable and fun and her assistant Elizabeth was as well. the chefs all were so good at explaing the ingredients and techniques and just made great conversations. Once in a while, some of the food weren’t hot enough. All you have to do is just wait until they bring out more food from the kitchen. Be sure to ask for mint tea, it is our favorite drink. Airports suck for celiacs, and dining hours need to adapt with travel schedules, but that's another story...
