“Please ensure you retain your receipt for a week or so, until your transaction clears from your bank. On 2/15, we dined and We paid with our debit card. We also provided a $20 cash tip to our waiter name Eve. We are perplexed as to how we were overcharged. The tipping section on our bill was crossed off by us. It does not make sense for us to be overcharged. We will be contacting you again to discuss this matter further. The amount on the receipt differs from the amount you charged us. There is a discrepancy of $30. Could you please clarify the reason for this overcharge?!! We've called multiple times and everytime, you guys said there were no management on duty. smfh!!“

“We always have a fantastic time when we dine at the Woodbury Osaka! The service from the staff is consistently excellent, and the interaction with the chefs is always entertaining. Besides the great atmosphere, the food is always delicious and cooked perfectly to our requested temperature. Highly recommend!“

“Sapporo is a true gem in Hudson, WI! The sushi is consistently excellent, with incredibly fresh ingredients and beautifully prepared sashimi. What truly sets this restaurant apart, however, is the outstanding service. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, creating a consistently positive dining experience. A special shoutout to Eva—her attentiveness and friendly demeanor always make our visits memorable. We look forward to returning again and again!“

“We had a 6:15 PM reservation. I only waited a minute before they sat us down.  Our server Natalie was very pleasant and you could tell she was working hard to take care of us. I had a three course special for $39 included in the crave starter salad, halibut and tiramisu. Everything was delicious. “

“The "Kiss of the Geisha" sushi roll was some of the best sushi that I have ever had. We asked for a recommendation from the friendly server, and that roll hit the spot! Spicy, crunchy, and the fish and crab were excellent quality. Good portion of Wasabi on the side. The saki options offered were great as well. Sitting at the sushi bar is a fun and entertaining experience. Great sushi chefs and great servers.“
