This place is SO cute, and it's so easy to stop by anytime you find yourself in or around Roseville. I got a small hot Buttercup drink with an extra shot of espresso. Delicious! They also have a fire pit and tables outside. There is also wood fire pizza available during the spring and summer months. We will be back.“

This adorable little old grandma made what ever looked good at the market into beautiful courses. This meal brought me back to there, 17 years ago. “Stop #36 on our 2024 Hundreds of Hops self-guided US Hop Passport Brewery Tour We're over 1/3 of the way to our goal of 100 for 2024! Strolled up on Friday with the intent of hitting fish fry Friday whilst collecting another stamp & hit half of that. The gent un front if us ordered the last fish - boo. We skipped the food and ordered our stamp BOGOs. I opted for the Irish-style dry Stout on Nitro, giving it a 3.75 & the hubs went with the IPA Tornado Drill at a 4.25. Service was good & we were able to grab a seat on the patio & it was a beautiful evening . We came in at $8.15, before tip. The place has hopping & the scent of fried fish still lingered as we departed... next time, next time.“

“I wish everything up on the hill were as perfect as Nina's. On a weekday morning this place is packed with people from all walks of life. A lot of students park here and take up tables just with them and their laptops which is my only gripe. Prices are reasonable. Be prepared to wait a bit for drinks because it is very popular.“

I accidentally left my credit card when we ate there, realized it two days later, called, and they'd found it and held it in their safe and we're able to return it to me. Also, rather than adding addional fees, just price the food at an amount that reflects the cost of running the restaurant. Customers shouldn't be expected to do "math problems" when going out for a meal.Also, strange arbitrary rule about check splitting limit which caused additional confusion at the end of a wonderful delicious meal. Again, splitting a check at a large table is no different than having several smaller tables, and in fact may reduce overall tipping in the aggregate. Other than the financial experience, this would be a 5-star restaurant.Recommended.“

“Love the ambiance and vibe of this establishment and so did everyone else as it was a full house! All of their food was restaurant recipes and not frozen food type if you know what I mean and I wanted to try everything on the menu! We narrowed it down to their wings, I was skeptical of chicken thigh style wings but pleasantly surprised they were amazing, lightly battered and meaty!!! The burgers were double patty, fresh bakery buns and delicious; side choices house made chips or fries. Guests next to me had fresh battered fish and the cheese curds, they gave two thumbs up too and said they do date night here every week❤️ Service was friendly and professional and a little slower to take our food order but again they were slammed not their fault. Food came out promptly. Now onto the drinks, they had a house beverage list with plenty of options but I will say for $12-$13 a drink that came with a huge ice cube I had it devoured in a few sips; I’d like more bang for my buck here and due to that I refrained from ordering another drink and resorted to a beer. I can’t wait to come back and try everything on the food menu! Desserts I was too full for but nice house made options.“

“Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. Love the rigatoni. Specials are difficult to turn down. If you go after 4 pm, you can get a pannekoken. And they often have music after 5 pm. You may need reservations in the evening. When the weather is good, they have a wonderful outside eating area.“

“This is a fun dog friendly, child friendly brewery. It was very busy when we stopped by for a beer before a soccer game. The bar tenders were friendly, quick and patient. The Lake monster theme is fun. There is quite a bit of seating inside and a large patio. You can order food from a place across the patio and they will deliver it right to you. The beer was good.“

“Insight Brewing and Taproom is a large, expansive, local taproom, with polite and friendly staff behind the bar. There are lots and lots of seating options, including a suedo "living room" showing movies, long "Munich Oktoberfest" style high-top tables, bar stools at the long and curving bar, and a number of intimate booths and cubbie areas to snuggle up with your "significant other".Insight has a large parking lot located on the West side of the facility, and is convenient in location being just a couple of blocks west of 280.Atmosphere is down-home comfortable, with a good mix of ages throughout the taproom. Great vibe! Dogs are certainly allowed, and there were many of them present last night. The taproom offers a wide variety of beers on tap, including 6 - 7 THC seltzers and limited release collab beers. There are also a couple of kombucha and soda NA options.Only downside for me last night was the strong smell of cleaning fluids wafting throughout the brewery. Granted, I showed up approximately 1.5 hours prior to closing, so the staff was cleaning up prior to close. But it was a strong smell just the same, and messed up my taste of the otherwise delicious beers I had there last night (I tried the Level Up, a classic American Pale Ale and their Night Shift - a delicious, heavy, dark and semi-sweet porter). In terms of the cleaning smell, I am thankful that they ARE cleaning the taproom with the strong chemicals! Good health for all!Overall, great experience at Insight!“

“One on One absolutely rocks. Old school bike loving mentality from people that are super cool and super knowledgeable. Every interaction I've ever had with them has been great. They don't try to hard sell anything, they're very honest about what work needs to be done. They're very communicative. They really just want you to love riding your bike. “The original and one of the best tap rooms, yet it still seems undiscovered at times perhaps because of the location. Summit was one of the original craft breweries in the upper Midwest when the craze started in the late eighties/early nineties and it has persevered making quality beer since then. The tap room is spacious, yet still has a cozy feel. With plenty of seating inside and out, it's a year round destination though its hours are more limited than many tap rooms. That may reflect that it's main focus is still brewing beer. They always have their main stays on tap with a seasonal or two. They don't make super trendy beers, but they don't need to. Their beer is good. The atmosphere is cozy. Great place to stop.“

“Nice place! If you live in the area it’s easy to walk to. If you’re in the area for the farmers market, it’s also east to walk to! I recommend the maple cold brew and croissant club sandwich. The disk buzzes and flashes and the my human goes back to the truck and comes back with the best food ever.
