“The best Dairy Queen I’ve been too! Came in with a friend on Saturday and it was craaazy busy inside and in the drive thru. However, I still experienced the absolute best service!!!! Matt & Reggie were 10/10, I was on the fence on what to get, they gave me amazing recommendations and EVEN offered up their very own off menu recommendation “THE S’MOREO” which was the s’mores blizzard add Oreos!! It was so delicious, my new go to blizzard order!! The service I experienced as well as witnessed them give to everyone else that walked in despite it being that busy was so impressive!! My new DQ 100%!!!! Thanks Matt, Reggie, & the rest of the DQ team!“

“Drive up lane was full as our most in these times but the wait staff came out and moved a few of us vehicles to the front of the restaurant and took our orders, then delivered food. I was out of there in less than 9 minutes! Awesome!“

“My husband and I love stopping in at Jersey Mike's when we can to get a sandwich. The staff there are really incredible. They are friendly, attentive, and love to have fun conversations with customers. Honestly, while the sandwiches are good and what got us in the door initially, it's the employees that we are really excited about when we stop in.“

“great sandwiched and even better service! I was in to the Chan location. a bit ago and there was a mix up in Sammie between myself and another customer. I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! “Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. They were spoiled a little early and we will definitely be back on their birthday and other days for service like this. Thank you so much for making mine and the girls day🍨💜“

“Probably the hardest working crew in the area. When I didn’t use the app right, they were very kind, helped me understand and got me my order. While waiting (because of my error) they seemed like a well oiled machine, but working together and having a little fun. People is what makes this place great. The food is, McDonalds.“

“A quick go to place for a fast and affordable dinner meal. I visited this location several times and I always find it to be clean, consistent, and fast. The dining area is definitely an upgrade when compared with McDonald's, Burger King, or even Wendy's. I've never had a service issue here where there was a problem with my order.“

“The manager was extremely helpful. We wanted to order a catering bag of chips late at night (6:30p) and was informed they were running low but willing to make more up for our order. When we arrived, the bag of chips was there waiting for us, fresh, and still warm. Highly recommend this place and the staff!Thank you for the awesome service and willingness to help us. You made our weekend!“

“This is hands down the best Burger King around! Been to many in my 40 years and none beat the Chanhassen location... the people are fabulous, the food truly is delicious, it comes out hot and beautiful - seriously, looks just like the commercials! Never had an order messed up, never had rude service and never had anything but an excellent experience!!“

“Generally excellent in all areas, especially service. The biggest complaint is caused by the awful noise pollution from the ceiling speakers that some might call music. People do not go to McDonalds to listen to the music! Turn it off.“

“After living in St. Boni for five years, I finally stopped in. Subway is generally not my first choice for sandwiches, but my kids wanted it. It wasn't busy, and there was only one employee working. He was really friendly and did a great job making our sandwiches. He even made me aware of a promotion that made one of them free. He had an accent that I thought was from India or Pakistan. I just want to recognize him as a great employee and the main reason this review is five stars

“I went through at about 8 o’clock this morning, I got two sausage, egg McMuffins and use a buy one get one coupon.
The service was extremely fast, there was no issue with the coupon, the cashier wasn’t confused like some are, communication was good, and the food was good.
Much much much better than my recent experience at the Shakopee McDonald’s !“

“I just came here to pass along some comments my friends and I were sharing on social about Fast Food pricing being outrageous. Here's my comment: p.s. Subway Mound's employees have consistently had the best employees of any fast food chain I've ever experienced in my life. Whatever they do in their interviews, BRAVO. Amazing. And my neighbor said: I agree, they are the best! Just happy, and great personalities. Always chatting me up. And not just one of them. All of them. Good job, Mound, Subway. Great customer service should definitely be rewarded. Keep it up. It's appreciated.“

“It was very good. And enjoyed it. It is a nice treat. And I work hard and taking care of my family. And giving care with people who have disabilities. And I do house cleaning for a adult day care center. So the people I service. And that my co workers stay well. For the people we take care of them. “Stopped in and inquired with Heather about making subs for the Minnetonka U19 girls hockey team's bus trip to Madison. She recommended a variety of 45, 4", individually wrapped subs in a cooler on ice. The sandwiches were perfect for a group event. The kids and adults loved them! 5 stars to Heather and her team.“

“The pizza is usually pretty good but occasionally there will be more crust than pizza. I always ask for square cut pizza and it never is anymore (it was in July 2024 but since about August 2024, my pizzas never have square cut even though it's selected every order). Once in a while they throw in a pepper that's the size of a dime or smaller that isn't edible which sucks if you like the pepper. The brownies are always divine though, and delivery is usually fast and the drivers are usually friendly.“

“Bunch of cool people here im a bit of a regular here. Sandwichs are always made the way you want they don't put the end cuts of tomatoes on like a lot of places. They won't put it on your Sandwich if they wouldn't eat it themselves.“
