Go ahead, hug yourself!I ordered an Iced Coffee, the lady didn't have French Vanilla syrup and the ice cubes used were to large & froze into a mass. I broke my straw & couldn't get it into the drink. The lady offered to replace the straw, but it was the large frozen mass of ice cubes that should have been replaced. I had to remove the lid and drink it on premises to prevent a spill.?“
