The waitress was drunk at 11:00!!Hopefully this problem will be addressed by the manager. The food was delicious and this group comes in often.We had to get other workers to get the orders straight!!”

Hy-Vee is truly one of my favorite places to shop! The store is always beautifully clean, well-organized, and filled with fresh, high-quality items. Whether I’m picking up groceries, something from the deli, or treating myself to their gorgeous flowers, I always leave happy.

Today I picked up these vibrant mums, and they’ve completely brightened my home 🌼 the colors are stunning and the blooms are so fresh. Hy-Vee’s floral department always has an incredible selection, and their team clearly takes pride in what they do.

Beyond the flowers, the produce, bakery, and specialty food sections are always full of variety and unique finds you can’t get anywhere else. Every visit feels like a pleasant experience and there's always friendly staff, great atmosphere, and a true sense of care in every department.

“Our Austin store usually stays pretty busy, workers are pretty great about getting customers served quickly. However on my last visit I came inside to order. I mentioned I was a caribou member, I was told we'd get to that after he got my order placed. But i never received my points. Other than that I have no complaints about this store or the hard workers inside”

The food was delivered on time, hot, done to perfection, plentiful, and it was absolutely delicious. We couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. “Have a always had very good food and service last two times we have went the food has gotten way worse and the margaritas don’t taste like a margarita at all (personally do not think there is any tequila in it just mix and water) and the service was not good at all.”

“Not sure if all JJ's are like this as I don't go often but can they put some toppings on the sub. For the price of the sub I think they can spare some more. Some of the beverages were empty too. We decided to eat outside in the 91 degree heat because it was better than freezing inside the store. The bathroom signs were a fun read though.”

I understand places are short staffed, but that does not mean be rude to the customers. Especially when you waited at the speaker to place your order for 15 minutes!”
