“Not my favorite place in my area. Have not been. There for many years. They were doing bingo when arrived, the music was so loud when we arrived we ate outside with the smokers. Had the Channel Nachos. They were good, put think they might have forgot or ran out of cheese to top them with. Not super busy. Service was ok. Not really a Bar and Grill person. More Bar than Grill. It does serve the area.

“Janna’s Market Grill was AMAZING! The environment was welcoming, the staff is beyond attentive and kind and the menu was absolutely accommodating for me. I am in severe heart failure and can hardly eat anything with sodium or seasonings and Janna’s was able to work with my request. Janna even gave me a little salt free Carmel for a treat and came out to make sure I enjoyed my meal! Highly recommend coming here to enjoy some good hometown food!!”

“A group of eight college friends have been gathering in August for probably 40 years. We discovered Gran Plaza in Faribault a few years ago; its a central meeting spot. What a gem!! Fabulous food, (the seafood burrito, tamale and guacamole were favorites), festive atmosphere and excellent service- Gracias, Andres!! This is a perfect spot for us! 100% recommend!”

“We do not get to the Broaster a lot, because we moved. They continue to have the best chicken we have ever eaten, and their potato salad is so tasty. Faribault is so lucky to have such a fantastic place to go!”

“The food is always fantastic and quick to the table. We've enjoyed all of the recommended dishes and it's our go-to spot when we're in Faribault (more than two hours from home). This food is the closest we've found in the state to all the delicious Asian options we had in Western Washington. To top off the great experiences we have had at 1st of Thai, we have also had lovely conversations with the owners, who offered suggestions for markets in the area. I highly recommend this spot.”
