How one awful lunch, with a hair on the suspected spoiled shrimp cocktail, can ruin your relationship with an establishment very quickly. I would like to rank them with the same number of times that they apologized or contacted me with an apology; a 0.
No apology, they felt it was enough to remove the shrimp off the bill….duh, as we only ate two and the remainder sat there with a black hair on them. You know that sour stomach you get when you see that hair on seafood...read full review
CōV has decided to censor their staff and fire anyone with dissenting opinions. This is not a restaurant that encourages community or discourse—a normal, healthy, and slowly dwindling part of our democracy nowadays. I cannot recommend CōV because it does not support its staff enough to have meaningful conversation, and because it is employing tactics used by authoritarians to silence workers.
