“Incredible experience. My boyfriend and I came in fairly late after a concert on a Saturday night, and we were greeted politely by staff and seated immediately. Jake was our server and he was awesome. Despite having a long and busy night, he was very friendly, on top of things, and gave us some good laughs. He went above and beyond! “This was my second visit to Buca in Maple Grove. It was amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Special Thank You to Cheyenne, he was amazing his drinks were fabulous, ask him for some of his specials, he did an amazing alcohol free apple drink, that had all 8 of us at the table very happy. He also took time to take us on a tour of the entire facility. This is a beautiful place, it has so much character. We will be back again.“

“My wife and I had a late lunch on Tuesday at the Maple Grove Olive Garden. Our waiter’s name was Shine. I talked to Derrick, the general manager regarding how well cooked the chicken was on my meal. It was cooked properly and was still very tender and juicy. The manager was very nice to talk too and explained how their cooks are trained well and use a temperature probe to always assure that the chicken is cooked to the correct temp. My wife and I had a great lunch, in fact brought food home for dinner too. Great general manager and Shine is a great waiter. Overall experience was fantastic, well done Olive Garden!“

A couple weeks ago, my wife and I stopped in and split a Margherita pizza with extra pepperoni—because that’s our style. Fresh basil, good cheese pull, and that unmistakable Pizza Lucé flavor profile. It hit just right.
Fast-forward to today and we decided to splurge a bit differently: gluten-free Margherita, add pepperoni and extra mozzarella. No compromises here. The crust came out crisp, the flavors came through clean, and everything stayed balanced—no soggy center, no muted toppings.
I’m a sucker for a good Margherita: basil, cheese, sauce in harmony. Add Pizza Lucé’s beer-friendly vibe and suddenly it’s comfort food done right. More importantly—it made my wife happy.
