“Cava is like Chipotle, but Mediterranean/Middle Eastern style. They have plenty of pre-built bowls you can order if you don't know much about the cuisine. The atmosphere is fine, it's a typical fast-casual type place. It's a bit on the expensive side, but everything is fresh and high quality, so still a good value.“

“I am from Manitoba, Canada/ IBEW Local 2034 and attended the KC International Lineman Rodeo this past weekend with our Manitoba team. Our group stayed in an OP hotel, not far from Revel. I popped in 2 nights consecutively searching for an NA brew. Ciara was engaging and more than willing to provide input about available brews… sharing what she had tried herself. They were very tasty and she was the Hostess with the Mostest! She took the time to engage in conversation with me and her other patrons. We had some geography lessons and then I educated her about Canadian currency/ bills… I left her a pretty blue $5 Cdn note which she was thrilled to have as a souvenir… despite it’s meager $3.60 US value?… big spender right ??‍♂️! A few of us arrived at Guitars n Cadillacs last night and had the good fortune of bumping into Ciara and her husband Parker… super cool guy… as they were enjoying a night out together. Being the amazing ambassador that she is, Ciara introduced me and my colleagues to her husband and we had fun socializing awhile. This brand of hospitality and kindness will keep us Linemen coming back! The only suggestion I could make would be that perhaps Revel management may consider marking the annual KC Linemen Rodeo on their calendar. Hint hint…. Linemen love food and booze… and there are many of us staying in the OP area each year! Hope to see you next year Ciara! “Where to begin….. from the moment my wife and I walked in, we were met with an angel by the name of Kristen, by far the best darn server I’ve ever had in my life. She went out of her way at every step 👟 to ensure we had the most excellent experience at the Olive Garden. She was charming and delightful, and her grace was unmatched. We were waited on hand and foot, feeling like royalty 🤴 in our Olive Garden booth. We split the lovely boocatini pasta with the ten cheese marinara, and oh! What a sensation. The breadsticks and salad never fail to bring a smile to face, but even better was Kristen’s impeccable service. When we arrive back at this Olive Garden, which we no doubt will, we will be requesting service from the wonderful, outstanding Kristen. I wish I could perhaps in another life give the service a million stars ⭐️. I provided the following photos below. The meal was so delicious I was so excited I didn’t take a photograph until after I devoured the whole darn thing. Whoops 😅 silly me 👍“

“I always like the separation of mobile thru and drive thru. However, during the most recent visit, the 2 lines merged into one and the mobile thru has to wait a lot longer. That was a disappointment. I hope they'll have 2 separate lanes again.“

“Ok folks this place is awesome! The long wait is over. It sure didn't disappoint on the service and pub food. The food is outstanding. Hats off to the cook or cooks! The menu has excellent pub grub. Not bar food at all. Fresh and delicious. I had the Chili Cheese Dog. The dog was excellent and would love to know where they buy them! The chili was made from scratch! Best chili cheese dog I have eaten. The pizza come in all serving sizes and looked delicious. The bar staff is engaging and are actually happy to see you! My new spot!“

“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

“They have great outdoor seating options and dogs are allowed. The food is always good quality and you can easily sub out bread you don't like for different bread on your sandwiches. Bread bowls with soup are excellent and they have a cheaper priced meal option on the self check kiosk called value duets many don't know about. It is significantly cheaper and you get half a sandwich and soup for under $9.“

“I will say I went a while back and wanted the 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup to go. They didn't have small lids (not my fault) and said they would have to charge me for a large. This is restaurant 101. You either offer the large for the same price, or just put the smaller portion in the larger cup. They made the poor young kid who was taking orders explain this to me rather than coming out and telling me in person. Bad move“
