“We eat at Springfield Cafe quite often. I love the Cashew Chicken. My daughter enjoys the Spaghetti and BLT. My husband likes the breakfast all day option. I tried the Chicken nachos My last visit. Unfortunately, the waitress could not tell me what was on them. They were smothered with cooked green peppers and a large glob of cooked onions?? Not served with salsa or sour cream. Not typical nachos and not good. Fresh vegetables would have been much better. The Cashew chicken could use a side of eggroll or ragoon.“
