The Cashier was so Kind and Thoughtful. She went out of her way to get my Cream Cheese Rangoon for me, I think she gave me an extra one in my bag to go.
I had accidentally left my money at home so I told them to not throw the food away and I’d be right back. Well, they actually remade my food fresh for me when I arrived back w my wallet. They were super kind and helpful. All the food was fresh and the place was clean.
We were out and about and stopped for dinner in Cape Girardeau. Panda is one of our favorite places to eat, usually the staff is cordial. Troy at this location was the friendliest, most attentive staff member to date! His smile is infectious and his manners impeccable! You need more like Troy!

Panda Express is a restaurant known for its friendly crew and good food, including popular options like fried rice, super greens, grilled teriyaki chicken, and Beijing beef. Despite occasional out-of-stock items and some complaints about dry noodles, many customers find the food to be extremely tasty. However, some may find the lack of soy sauce and limited tea sweetener options inconvenient. The atmosphere is pleasant, with clean and open spaces, although there can be issues with table cleanliness and bathroom maintenance at certain locations. One customer appreciated the personal care from a crew member named Victoria during a busy time, which made their experience more satisfying. However, there have been reports of issues with takeout orders, such as missing chopsticks, an excess of forks, and soggy crab rangoon, highlighting the importance of checking orders before leaving.
