“3 of us were celebrating birthdays and were lucky enough to be seated in one of their snugs. Our waitress was delightful , knowledgeable and helping my gluten free friend find great options. The complimentary apple pie and cinnamon ice cream added to the celebration.“

“It is my daughter’s 16th birthday today and we made a reservation at their sister restaurant Bristol’s awhile back. It’s her favorite place to go because of the fried cauliflower. We got a call today and they had a fire so they couldn’t open but graciously made us a reservation at j Gilbert’s. My son got sick so I had to stay home but they called me and said they made her the fried cauliflower that she loves at Bristol’s tonight at j Gilbert’s!! “I was there last night with my dad for my birthday. It was just the two of us, and we didn’t mention that it was my birthday to anyone. Our server was Emma and she was the best! Emma was so attentive and kind. She checked on me while I was waiting for my dad to show up, and came back right away when he arrived. She also noticed that I had a birthday card and brought me a cup of ice cream after I was done with my food. She was very thoughtful and I appreciated her so so much!“

“Celebrated our grandson's 11th birthday at Bugatti's. Sarah (I believe I'm correct) was our main waitress. When she found out it was a child's birthday she came with balloons to put on the table to make it festive. She gave us (a party of 9) a great table kind of off by itself. The food was served hot and was very good. They had special child sized steaks with fries. The wait staff was very patient and attentive and made us feel welcome even though with three 11 year olds it got a little boisterous at times. We enjoyed our food and birthday gathering. This had the charm and finesse that is often missed in the new LOUD places. This place was packed but still quiet and the perfect setting for a romantic dinner. Not cheap but well worth the money.“

Less than a 15min wait at 6:30 on a Friday which was nice. Chicken and ribs were falling off the bone and juicy! The lobster shrimp soup was so good, too. Steak was a little dry than what ordered but overall everyone was satisfied and taken care of! Our kids asked when we could go back.“
