The quality of the coffee is rich. I have perceived that this shop uses fresh speciality coffee beans, and likely ground while pulled or right before. I can taste the nuances and flavor of my espresso. It has a very rich flavor profile. This is highly contrasted with other coffee shops around town, like your proverbial Starbucks, or Dunkin Donuts. Good coffee and convenient location inside Ellis Library! Ample seating and nice atmosphere!
In many ways, the work of a critic is very easy. We risk very little, yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and their selves to our judgment.
