“Bur oak brewery turned out tobe a friendly place and Carlos is a cool / knowledgeable bartender. Everyone was nice . It was about a 5 hour drive. They had fresh can 6 packs mix n match 7 bucks .The building is huge. I think 3 beers are way above average.A brown - Stout- and a coffee porter.“

“Chanced to eat here as a pleasant day and they had outside seating. Their caldo pollo (chicken soup) was excellent. Caldo Pollo is a sentinel dish. If a place has good caldo pollo, carnitas, and tamale it's pretty certain everything else will be good. Also had a very good torta cubano. The extra spicy salsa (you have to request) was superb. Love the staff.“

“Visited for the first time today. I was in Columbia for a work training and saw the shop when we were on break for lunch. Stopped by after the training to pick up a treat for my kids. The cupcakes were AMAZING! Wonderful variety and the person working was so friendly. Will definitely be back.“

On all three of our recent visits, the staff was so enthusiastic about us eating gluten free, which is not the normal reaction we get. “I love stopping by here on my work breaks. It’s a little on the expensive side for me, so I usually limit myself to once a week.. but it’s absolutely worth it. The food is always so good, and the matcha is easily one of the best I’ve had around. The staff is always friendly and sometimes go above and beyond to make the experience better. Definitely one of my favorite spots“

Parking: Parking lot can be a bit busy at times not very big lot versus volume of customers, but they do get us in and out fairly quick, especially if you go through drive-through

“We have always loved Chick-fil-A. My daughter is working there now and management, and everyone are wonderful. Sadly, I’ve heard a few stories of incredibly rude and disrespectful customers, which happens everywhere, and it’s so discouraging to hear the rudeness and disrespect from horrible customers. So I wanted to say thank you and I think you all are wonderful managers, owners, and always been delicious, clean, safe with food, etc. 🐔❤️“

“Honestly every time I go to get take out I naturally lower my standards of what to expect and how I'll be treated, however the gentleman that took my order and handed us our food, actually had us leaving pleased before eating, he was super friendly and on point with his order taking, order reading and handling experience, the food was exactly as I asked and everything was in the bag! From all of my drive thru, take out or eating in experiences they rarely serve me what I've asked/ paid for, thank you Steak N Shake, the food and customer service were immaculate. We will be back!“

“I had an incredible dining experience at Cheddar’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Kassidy! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and made us feel like we were her top priority. She checked in with me at just the right times. The service was quick, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal. Kassidy’s friendly attitude and excellent service made our visit unforgettable. Highly recommend asking for her next time you’re there! Five stars all the way!“

“I had the pleasure of being greeted by a young man named Zylon when i went to this location. Zylon had excellent customer service and even provided me with recommendations when I wasn't sure in what to order. He was also accommodating to my special requests and efficient in servicing other customers that came after me. Many kudos to Zylon and I hope that his managers realize they have a very personable, hard worker on their team.“

“Came during lunch while it was busy. Employees must of misplaced my sandwiches but they had a sense of urgency to get my order to me and were very professional. Devin had wonderful customer service and gave me a cookie as compensation for the hold up. Man deserves a raise for his customer service experience“

“I would go back here as often as possible when I come through town. BBQ spice and rub are excellent. Portobello fries are delicious! My new favorite thing.
**Update: 2 years later - I finally got back and had excellent service, and those portobello fries! Hooray. The steak was okay, not great, but loved the green beans and potato I ordered with it.“
