After waiting 10 minutes at the pick-up window with atleast 3 employees walking by and looking at me I finally laid on my horn until another employee came to the window and ask if I had been helped. My order had been done the entire time and he literally just leaned over to grab it and handed it to me. After getting home we discovered the wings we ordered were not included with our other food.
