“I was greeted by almost everyone working. It was very warm and welcoming. The person who took my order was very cold and kept repeating that I can place my order while they were away from the computer. Didn't love that. Drink was great though!“

The cup even had a handwritten “Thank you!” which matched the upbeat service. Cafe felt clean with plenty of seating and a relaxed noise level for chatting or catching up on emails.“
“Hello all! I have a positive experience 99% of the time I have driven through. When I’m on the go, I love that this place is exclusively drive thru. I had been met with nothing but amazing employees up until earlier this afternoon.
I placed an order around 3:46PM or so, on this day 12/6/24. Unfortunately, this time ordering, I was met with…a defeated attitude. The girl who took my order seemed down and depressed about something. She has blonde hair and some freckles on her face. I ordered a hot venti Chestnut Praline Latte with oatmilk, no whip. The order was perfect.
To the girl I describe, if you get a chance to read this, I just hope the rest of your shift went better. I could tell you were upset about something, maybe someone. I hope you have a better day the next time you clock in. I know it can be difficult taking coffee orders all day. Believe me, some customers are harder to interact with than others. Keep your head up, and try your best to interact with new customers with a more positive attitude. I don’t know what you’re going through, but whatever it is, I hope you get through it and feel better.“
