I didn’t get the guy at the counters name but he was super nice showing me my order and then bagging it up for me. Definitely gonna order again. Me and my kids love crumbl cookies.“

“The cookies at Crumbl are absolutely delicious. I have never been disappointed by them. I've never had a more perfect cookie and they're well worth the price. The only thing you should avoid is the cookie happy hour. I'd rather pay full price than deal with the madness. Unfortunately, the customer service also goes down the toilet during this time. I've always had pleasant experiences with Crumbl when it wasn't happy hour. I'm sure the staff feels the pressure from the crowd wanting their sweets.

“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO.
