Last Saturday ordered half chicken, red beans & rice and Cajun green beans. Chicken was great, moist wish a little more smoke but flavor was great. White bbq sauce is the perfect match

Wife ordered wildcat dip, she ate the hole thing and didn't share also ate all the broccoli salad. Assume it was all good.“

“Smoked Artisan BBQ catered our son's wedding and I cannot say enough about the food and the service !! They were so helpful and patient with our menu selections. They were friendly and professional as they served our guests at the wedding and the food - WOW !! We have some BBQ connoisseurs in our family and everyone raved about the food !! The pork was moist and delicious !! The brisket was to die for and the sides were amazing - Brussels sprouts, smoked potato salad and Mexican corn !! Seek out this hidden treasure !!“

“Been in the area years and no one told me about this place. Really good especially for variety: in the mood for a sandwich go with a deli or wrap. Haven’t tried the BBQ yet but looks good and selection is big- pork, bison, chicken, wings etc. Friendly service and small joint. Highly recommend.“

“I called to see if they reserved tables as I wanted to celebrate my birthday there, with my favorite band on stage. We were driving about 40 miles. I was told they did not reserve tables and it was first come, first served. Arrived to find 2 parties that reserved every table in the room where the band was playing, as well as the adjoining room. Having never been there before, there is not one reason to go back ever.“

“Took my bbq obsessed mom out and was surprised she hasn't been to Salt and Smoke yet. We were served by Ryan who was our own Vanna White and walked her through the menu. We shared a plate of 4 meats with ribs, wings, brisket and more ribs. Had to try the mac n cheese which was killer. I thought I was going to have room for the gooey butter cake but I'm glad I didn't overdo it as I was stuffed. The arrangement of sauces was nice but honestly nothing really needed it. Props to Ryan again, I thought I had an issue with the order, and he corrected the order so quickly. Just really great customer service, and really great BBQ. My mom's new favorite joint ?“
