“I’ve been coming to this Sonic location on and off for over 5 years, and I honestly can’t recall a single noticeably bad experience. Most of my visits are in the morning for breakfast, and they have consistently done an outstanding job—especially with the breakfast burritos.
The food is always hot, fresh, and made with great attention to quality. I also want to highlight the blonde carhop who’s been working most mornings for as long as I can remember. She is always very friendly, fast, and ensures my order is perfect every time.
As a whole, this location absolutely deserves five stars for its consistency and great service over the years!“

“We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary by having a unique dessert. We had never been here before and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was kind and welcoming. The chimney cakes we ordered were delicious. Definitely a must for anyone wanting something different with an inviting atmosphere.“

“I love the brand. The ice cream is out of this world. The selection is nice. I bought a flavor I had never heard of before and the taste was out of this world. Only drawback from my recent visit was I wanted to buy a $2.50 bag ? to carry my selections home. The cashier acted like I did not have the money. I told her I did not come all the way out there broke. It was not a racial thing because we belong to the same race--the human race. I WILL RETURN TO THE STORE. (And for anyone wondering the flavor is Sweet Lemon Blackberry.)“

“Super friendly when I walked in and greeted me. I placed a mobile order and there was about 15 min wait, not too long. I didn’t get the guy at the counters name but he was super nice showing me my order and then bagging it up for me. Definitely gonna order again. Me and my kids love crumbl cookies.“

“The cookies at Crumbl are absolutely delicious. I have never been disappointed by them. I've never had a more perfect cookie and they're well worth the price. The only thing you should avoid is the cookie happy hour. I'd rather pay full price than deal with the madness. Unfortunately, the customer service also goes down the toilet during this time. I've always had pleasant experiences with Crumbl when it wasn't happy hour. I'm sure the staff feels the pressure from the crowd wanting their sweets.
Parking: The Crestwood location is in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking.“

“Livin’ the dream ice cream trucks was the perfect addition to our three scoops of fun party! We skipped cake and opted for the ice cream truck! Sam was so kind and the booking process was simple! “So I am pregnant and I LOVE peppermint ice cream and no other stores sell it near me. I was really craving some so I went and picked up a quart of it and a cup of it with a brownie. These ladies that were on shift were the absolute sweetest people ever. I don't know what I was thinking, obviously I was not or maybe its the pregnancy brain. I left my bag on top of my car and when I say I got all the way home to realize what I had done the tears were already streaming down my face. I called to let them know what happened and they replaced my order free of charge! When I pulled up I could see the ice cream smeared on the road in front of the plaza. Broke my heart. I'm beyond grateful and I know its just ice cream but its not to me its my FAVORITE ice cream ever. So thank you to the beautiful ladies that were on shift tonight, the assistant manager handled my breakdown with such ease, thank you again and MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YALL<3“

“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. NEEDLESS TI SAY NO ONE ATE THEIR MEAL WE ORDERED ELSE WHERE AND I SUGGEST SKIPPING PAST THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE TIME IR MONEY WASTED.“

I'd love to see less flavor repeats. There seems to be a lot of the same options and not much new.
