I then held a tournament outside where the employees and customers had to battle one another until, finally, one of them stood victorious above all others. They then would have gotten to battle me for full dominance of the Freddie's, but then the cops showed up and we all had to scurry.
Nah, that's not really what happened. I just brought the forgotten burger to their attention courteously and they apologized and gave me my missing burger. Honest mistakes, both the burger and this review. We all get confused sometimes.

“I’ve been coming to this Sonic location on and off for over 5 years, and I honestly can’t recall a single noticeably bad experience. Most of my visits are in the morning for breakfast, and they have consistently done an outstanding job—especially with the breakfast burritos.

The food is always hot, fresh, and made with great attention to quality. I also want to highlight the blonde carhop who’s been working most mornings for as long as I can remember. She is always very friendly, fast, and ensures my order is perfect every time.

As a whole, this location absolutely deserves five stars for its consistency and great service over the years!“

The only thing you should avoid is the cookie happy hour. I'd rather pay full price than deal with the madness. Unfortunately, the customer service also goes down the toilet during this time. I've always had pleasant experiences with Crumbl when it wasn't happy hour. I'm sure the staff feels the pressure from the crowd wanting their sweets.

“Hi I need to report a hazard item I found in my chocolate custard last night. Last night around 10ish to 11:30ish me, my mom, and brother stopped by your place. We all got chocolate frozen custard. It was all good till realized at the bottom of mine I had a hazardous surprise waiting for me. After I ate my chocolate custard I went to drink the leftover milky/melted part remains of it. Note how I have my head tilted back to do this. When I went I did thought I noticed a "chunk" of something in my mouth. I didn't think anything of it at first, thinking it was just ice so I spit it out and planned to throw it out. It wasn't till a few minutes later that I dropped my cup in the car and went ro clean up and turned on the car light inside that I realized what that "chunk" was. I was shocked to find that it was a bottle cap. A BOTTLE CAP. This is highly unacceptable.i could've choked or a little kid could've had this happened to. I have NEVER had previous trouble at your place. In fact this is the Andy's I come to A lot but I guess since I could've choked I need to warn you now because of this, your workers need to be careful what lands in your products. This is unacceptable and an unnerving thought K came so close to choking on it. Not good. Please tell your workers to watch what they are doing and dispose stuff the right way, NOT in a cup about to be used for serving custard to a customer“

There’s a tall African American man and a blonde woman who work there, and they’re both so kind and welcoming every single time I visit.

The man is especially impressive—he remembers both my order and my boyfriend’s without us even having to say anything! “These are legitimately the best snocones ANYWHERE. I dont know how they do it, but they are so full of flavor without making your cup nothing but syrup. I've been coming here for 15(?) years and the transition from Angie, the Snocone Lady to Kerry, the Snocone Dude was seamless. We are SO lucky to have such an amazing small business in our community. My favorite is Hurricane, which is blue Raspberry and lime. My kids are strictly rainbow fans. All of the flavors are amazing though!“
