“OK I shop the store all the time but today Saturday, June 10 was the worst experience I’ve ever had the guy who checked me out never ever said one word to me not hi how are you how much my total was nothing put my card in did they number he walked away then he came back and look like he was mad because I didn’t tear off my own receipt and then the girl that was bagging. My stuff look like I was bothering her because she had bag my groceries and she never said a word to me told the manager and he goes who Russell or Rusty or whatever his name was didn’t say a word to you and I said no nobody said a word to me so much for a smile in every aisle he goes oh well I’m sorry I’ll talk to them really sad, sad. Sad“

“So many delicious items. Love the baklava cheesecake and Dubai chocolate bars. So many delicious European cakes. Their Burek is hot, fresh, and delicious. The bread is similar to Kyrgyz borsak. Nostalgia for me. The staff are helpful in making selections. Don't miss out! Give them a try!“

“I took her sourdough class and loved it. Getting the chance to learn about the different folds and physically complete all the steps of bread making were wonderful. It was a fun laid back class and I have now successfully made my own bread at home. Highly recommend!“

“My dad raves about this bread. When I visit home, I always stop in to stock up my parent's freezer. Their favorite is the unsliced Italian loaf. The store does not accept credit or debit cards...cash only. The guys who work here are helpful. Parking is a bit limited, but it's a very small shop. It's usually not very crowded. People can shop quickly and get in and out without any problem.“

“I had dropped the ball on getting cookies for my book club party. I called them at 10am to see if could just pick some up. Then asked if by chance they could add book club or books on the cookies. They said they could and it was no problem. I went to get them at 2pm and they went above and beyond what I had expected. Everyone loved the cookies and thought they were so cute. I would highly recommend them!“

As beautiful as it was delicious, our 2-tiered wedding cake & dessert bar was conceptualized & baked by Bloom Baking Company. Our dessert bar included: mini tarts, macarons, brownies & lemon bars. Cake tastings are $25 & goes towards the price of the cake. After inquiring online & our tasting, Sarah quickly set-up an in-person meeting to review our ideas, make suggestions & put together an invoice. Sarah & her team were incredibly thoughtful & considerate of both our desires & budget. Thank you Bloom Baking Company for creating such a delightful dessert experience for us & our guests. Not a bite went to waste! Our only regret is not ordering more! Looking forward to the next time I can taste Bloom!“
