“Stopped by Crumbl Cookies and had such a great experience. The staff was delightful and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. The multiple self-service ordering kiosks made ordering quick and easy, and the counter display with samples of all the cookie offerings was a nice touch.

There were six staff members busy at work, along with one person overseeing the counter and assisting customers with orders. That same person prepared our order and presented it when it was ready, keeping the process smooth and efficient.

An easy stop for a quick treat with fresh, delicious cookies and excellent customer service. Definitely a place we’ll be back to visit!“

“Beyond impressed! My boyfriend's favorite dessert is a key lime pie. He has a son that has a gluten and dairy allergy and his one request for his birthday this year was a key lime pie that he could share with his son. That was not an easy task to locate. Even though it is not something they offer on their menu, Mud Pie Bakery was willing to do a special order for a gluten free, dairy free key lime pie and I must say, we were blown away! It was delicious! The crust was delicious, the filling was tangy, and the whipped topping was sweet and balanced everything else out! Not only that, but it looked beautiful! The best part is that my boyfriend's son got to enjoy a sweet treat that the rest of the family was having and that is something that rarely happens, due to his dietary restrictions! “We hosted my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary celebration at Be Free Family Farm last Saturday, and I couldn’t recommend the venue highly enough. It was perfect. One of the best things about the space is how adaptable it is. I’d been to a high school grad party there before, and I can’t think of anything further from a 50th anniversary than that! Be Free fit both perfectly. We had around 100 people total, with about 60–70 at the peak, and it was a little crowded but in an energetic way if that makes sense. It was mid-July and pretty hot outside, but the indoor space stayed cool the whole time. I’d love to host something there in the fall with the garage doors open. I’m sure that’s the perfect balance. Carl, Jennifer, and Scott were fantastic. They helped with setup, made sure we had everything we needed (including things we didn’t think of until we got there). Carl was quick to offer a ride for guests from the parking lot since we were dealing with mostly older guests. Scott and Jennifer helped welcome people inside and out, literally opening doors and showing people around. The sound system was great. They helped me get it going, and now I obviously want a Sonos setup at home 💀💰💵 Shout out to Apple Music for the ‘1975 pop rock’ playlist that was an easy option for a 50th anniversary. We catered food from Zarda BBQ in Blue Springs. I picked it up myself and ordered for 60, but we ended up with more than enough. Be Free had some catering equipment that we used. “Was my 1st time and I was excited....I walked in smiling but my smile fell asleep immediately the one cashier grabbed the other and pointed at me whispering. I looked behind me but no one else was entering. I shrugged it off immediately because the place itself was such an amazing sight. I loved the setup and I spent quite a few minutes just walking around admiring such variety. The only downfall was the staff behind the counter watching me closely but never asking if I needed anything. Another customer smiled at me warmly and asked if it was my 1st time and explained about how everything works....I then got a few pastries 🍰 to try and walked over to the first register.both cashiers were now leaning against the counter on cell phones and when I said hi is this where I check out? The girl whose register is was in front of looked at me and walked away . I took my tray to the next register and repeated the same question. The young lady bagged my items and never said a word except to tell me my total. I wanted to ask for a manager but I was pressed for time. The pastry was incredible and I would love to take my daughter's there but with staff like that?“

“The girl at the front desk was so kind and helpful with our order and purchase. If they don’t have many donuts in the cases don’t worry you can still request them to make more. They were very accommodating. The mochi donuts are so yummy we got cookies and cream, strawberry funnel cake, red velvet, and Nutella. They were all extremely delicious lots of flavor. My bf got the strawberry boba tea I usually don’t care for boba tea, but this was amazing and the sweetness of the donuts didn’t make the tea taste weird. I also bought the Dubai chocolate covered strawberry cup which was complete heaven. I definitely am going here again and buying all of this again! Great place and kind, hard-working people.“

“Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Great pastries, delicious food and drinks. However our most recent visit we were given peanut butter cake pops. They weren't labeled at all. My daughter with a peanut allergy realized it after 1 bite thank goodness and with some Benadryl she's fine. I called after to confirm flavor and was told flavors rotate and to always ask what they were. They're not obligated to label peanut products but it would be nice if they did since it's a high allergen food :( They didn't even ask if she was ok. If you have allergies I would make sure to always ask and double check here.“

“Not only is this the best espresso in KC, thus is the best espresso I've ever had, full stop. I spent 2 years in the PNW, 5 years in California and 2 years in DC. Parisi blows every espresso I've tried out of the water. We now live in Texas and have it shipped to us every 2 weeks. It is the benchmark I use when trying a new coffee shop. If there's a better espresso out there, I haven't tried it.

Great product and excellent meat selection.

The shelves were well stocked, date rotated where I examined. The shelf and stock I check was also clean.

No interaction with staff expect checkout which was fast and friendly.

The only minus in this otherwise 5 star review is the lack of bread in the bread aisle.
