“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

“I am from Manitoba, Canada/ IBEW Local 2034 and attended the KC International Lineman Rodeo this past weekend with our Manitoba team. Our group stayed in an OP hotel, not far from Revel. I popped in 2 nights consecutively searching for an NA brew. Ciara was engaging and more than willing to provide input about available brews… sharing what she had tried herself. They were very tasty and she was the Hostess with the Mostest! She took the time to engage in conversation with me and her other patrons. We had some geography lessons and then I educated her about Canadian currency/ bills… I left her a pretty blue $5 Cdn note which she was thrilled to have as a souvenir… despite it’s meager $3.60 US value?… big spender right ??‍♂️! A few of us arrived at Guitars n Cadillacs last night and had the good fortune of bumping into Ciara and her husband Parker… super cool guy… as they were enjoying a night out together. Being the amazing ambassador that she is, Ciara introduced me and my colleagues to her husband and we had fun socializing awhile. This brand of hospitality and kindness will keep us Linemen coming back! The only suggestion I could make would be that perhaps Revel management may consider marking the annual KC Linemen Rodeo on their calendar. Hint hint…. Linemen love food and booze… and there are many of us staying in the OP area each year! Hope to see you next year Ciara! “We had a great experience at CAVA! The spicy lamb meatballs were packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and had just the right amount of heat. My wife had the garlic chicken with rice, and it was just as delicious—tender, well-cooked, and full of Mediterranean spices. The quality of the food remains excellent, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.

However, we did notice that the portion sizes have gotten smaller compared to last time we visited . While the flavors are still top-notch, a little more quantity would have made it even better. That said, the service was great, with three people attending to us efficiently, and the restaurant was well-maintained. Still one of our favorite Mediterranean spots!“

“Walking in, the restaurant was much nicer than I expected. We arrived 30 minutes before closing, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The Don Corleone pizza, loaded with processed meats, wasn't overwhelmingly salty. The Pepperoni Pizza was excellent too. Both had a medium-sized crust with a good crunch. Neither pizza was too oily or doughy. If you enjoy dipping in ranch or adding Parmesan, those are complimentary. When it was time to go, they happily boxed up our leftovers, using aluminum foil to separate the two types of pizza we ordered.“

“Good sandwiches, but the young guy with the silly looking mustache and no other facial hair needs to learn how to help people. I thought I heard my named called, so I walked up to the counter, where I saw a number of orders. As I was looking at them, he comes up and asks "are you picking up for delivery?" I said "im waiting for my order for John". He says "okay" and just walks back to the kitchen. I thought he would at least give me a status update of my order, but nothing. He should have said "these are delivery orders only, but your order will be out soon" instead of blankly staring at me, as if I can telepathically read his thoughts.

“Omg by far the best juice I’ve had. My top flavors are Lemonade,Peach lemonade,Strawberry Lemonade,limeade and Spicy apple. I receive them all the way in Texas. Yes she ships and when I receive them they are always still cold and ready to drink. Truly the best juices around hands down.“

The food was fabulous, my daughter and I had the Steak kabob platter and the Gyro platter, which came with lentil soup, salad, hummus and baba ghanoush. The owner, TK was so fun and he let us sample the Turkish tea and the Baklava, everything was so delicious, we ate all of it!!!! We definitely will be back.“

“This was delicious, real food that fit with my keto diet. I choose my sides to go with a perfectly grilled salmon. Definitely not a you can have fries or mushy sauteed veggies place. The Brussels Sprouts and Eggplant were wonderful accompaniments. I highly recommend that you try the dine in or take out!“

Not bar food at all. Fresh and delicious. I had the Chili Cheese Dog. The dog was excellent and would love to know where they buy them! The chili was made from scratch! I rolled up groggy and in desperate need of a life reset, and within minutes, I had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich in my hands that could fix just about anything—bad mornings, broken hearts, questionable life choices.

The biscuit? Flaky and buttery like it was baked by angels. The bacon? Crispy perfection. The egg? Fluffy like it just woke up from the best nap ever. And let’s not forget the cheese, which melted so beautifully, it could’ve starred in its own romance movie.

Pair it with those golden hash browns and an iced coffee smoother than my Monday morning excuses, and you’ve got yourself a breakfast worth waking up for. Chick-fil-A, you’ve done it again. My pleasure? No, your pleasure.“

“Where to begin….. from the moment my wife and I walked in, we were met with an angel by the name of Kristen, by far the best darn server I’ve ever had in my life. She went out of her way at every step 👟 to ensure we had the most excellent experience at the Olive Garden. She was charming and delightful, and her grace was unmatched. We were waited on hand and foot, feeling like royalty 🤴 in our Olive Garden booth. We split the lovely boocatini pasta with the ten cheese marinara, and oh! What a sensation. The breadsticks and salad never fail to bring a smile to face, but even better was Kristen’s impeccable service. When we arrive back at this Olive Garden, which we no doubt will, we will be requesting service from the wonderful, outstanding Kristen. I wish I could perhaps in another life give the service a million stars ⭐️. I provided the following photos below. “Everyone that I've experienced has been very friendly at this location. Usually the drive through has a line but they get you through pretty quickly. There's hardly ever a wait to order in the lobby but getting a table can sometimes be tricky depending on when you visit. The restaurant itself appears very clean.“

“I will say I went a while back and wanted the 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup to go. They didn't have small lids (not my fault) and said they would have to charge me for a large. This is restaurant 101. You either offer the large for the same price, or just put the smaller portion in the larger cup. They made the poor young kid who was taking orders explain this to me rather than coming out and telling me in person. Bad move“
