“Experienced very poor customer service and uncaring attitude from manager Josh on 7-30-22. Haven’t used this location in a while because it was only consistent food and service when the manager Danny was working. After waiting 20 min for 1 piece of pie, to take to my mother, I requested a refund. The cashier refunded the purchase price but not the tip I added when I paid. He assumed I wouldn’t want the tip refunded too! He did correct the amount. They were not busy at all and the desserts are in a cooler under the front counter and do not come from the kitchen. It should have been given to me just like a tea is immediately after paying. Very sad there is no longer good customer service.“

The Cafe de Olla was a touch sweeter than I normally like with coffee but the depth of flavor of all the spices really helped balance the sweetness. “Walking in, the restaurant was much nicer than I expected. We arrived 30 minutes before closing, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The Don Corleone pizza, loaded with processed meats, wasn't overwhelmingly salty. The Pepperoni Pizza was excellent too. Both had a medium-sized crust with a good crunch. Neither pizza was too oily or doughy. If you enjoy dipping in ranch or adding Parmesan, those are complimentary. When it was time to go, they happily boxed up our leftovers, using aluminum foil to separate the two types of pizza we ordered.“

“Yummy yummy. One of the best places to eat on the go. We love the Garlicky Chicken Schwarma and Harissa Avacado bowls. Hard to go wrong with either. Staff friendly and the interior was clean as usual. A bit expensive but these days you really get what you pay for in terms of quality ingredients. Don’t skimp.“

“We were looking for Italian that wasn't a local chain and this was a winner. We are already looking forward to going again. Everything was delicious and we were way too full to eat everything so we have leftover food to look forward to. The service was great. Seated quickly and served quickly with a very sweet server. The food was fabulous, my daughter and I had the Steak kabob platter and the Gyro platter, which came with lentil soup, salad, hummus and baba ghanoush. “I’m always on the hunt for a place with great potato skins, and Pine Street Bar and Grill did not disappoint. After finding them online, my husband grabbed takeout about a month ago — potato skins, a BLT, and a tenderloin — and everything was absolutely amazing. We finally went in person last night with our son and daughter-in-law, and the food was just as fantastic the second time around. On top of that, the atmosphere has that perfect casual, hometown feel that makes you want to stay awhile. Our waitress (who may also be the owner?) was wonderful — friendly, attentive, and clearly cares about the place and the people who walk through the door. “Good sandwiches, but the young guy with the silly looking mustache and no other facial hair needs to learn how to help people. I thought I heard my named called, so I walked up to the counter, where I saw a number of orders. As I was looking at them, he comes up and asks "are you picking up for delivery?" I said "im waiting for my order for John". He says "okay" and just walks back to the kitchen. I thought he would at least give me a status update of my order, but nothing. He should have said "these are delivery orders only, but your order will be out soon" instead of blankly staring at me, as if I can telepathically read his thoughts.

“Gainesville, VA location is always on spot. Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. Last night was cold and dreary, but Arlin and the staff whipped up two perfect bowls and a fantastic pita and had me on my way quickly. My family is never disappointed with this location, keep up the great work. If you have never tried Cava, give it a shot!“

“A group of my co-workers go to this Chick-fil-A at least once a week. The food is excellent as is expected from CFA, and my order is correct every time. The differentiator for this location is their wait staff who serve the already seated customers. This team does more than enough to earn repeat business.“

“Where to begin….. from the moment my wife and I walked in, we were met with an angel by the name of Kristen, by far the best darn server I’ve ever had in my life. She went out of her way at every step 👟 to ensure we had the most excellent experience at the Olive Garden. She was charming and delightful, and her grace was unmatched. We were waited on hand and foot, feeling like royalty 🤴 in our Olive Garden booth. We split the lovely boocatini pasta with the ten cheese marinara, and oh! What a sensation. The breadsticks and salad never fail to bring a smile to face, but even better was Kristen’s impeccable service. When we arrive back at this Olive Garden, which we no doubt will, we will be requesting service from the wonderful, outstanding Kristen. I wish I could perhaps in another life give the service a million stars ⭐️. I provided the following photos below. The meal was so delicious I was so excited I didn’t take a photograph until after I devoured the whole darn thing. Whoops 😅 silly me 👍“

“This Lees Summit location is very clean and has an attractive courtyard not found in others in their chain. The staff is always friendly and quick. The food is good, particularly salad entrees and most sandwiches. They did put a spin on a classic sandwich, the BLT, that had avocado spread which pretty much ruined it. I suggest asking what comes on the item so you won't be disappointed. Otherwise, this is a 5 star fast food spot.“
