“Great location! The people here are always friendly and make me feel welcome. The food is fresh, hot and tasty.

I usually use the drive through but the other day there was a long drive thru line so I went in and saw them in action… I was so impressed with how they worked as a team and how fast their hands were moving to knock out several big orders. “I’ve been eating at this Chick-fil-A since they opened and I have never had a single issue. Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.

Chick-fil-A is known for having the best customer service out there, but I want the recognition to go to those who deserve it. This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Additionally, the soda lids weren’t properly closed, resulting in a mess all over my front seat. “I usually don’t leave reviews unless it is exceptional or absolutely horrible. We went in about 9:45 in the morning and were immediately greeted by Mathew. He was professional, courteous, funny, and seemed to really enjoy his job. The service and food were absolutely exceptional. It was the BEST Chick fil a food I have ever had. It is rare to find a restaurant, let alone a fast food restaurant, that is located on a busy street with great service and food! Keep up the great work Mathew!!! You’re doing great!! “We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. Completely disrespectful & Canes needs to get rid of any employee that treats their customers like that when the customer has a valid complaint like we did. We did call corporate so they will be looking into it. Shame on that kid!!!!“

“This White Castle location is pretty standard—quick and affordable if you’re craving sliders. I personally don’t like onions, so I always ask for them without, and they get it right every time. The food is fresh, but the service can be a little slow during busy times. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a fast, greasy snack, though don’t expect anything fancy.“

“Okay, so MOST of the time when we get fast food.....it's just a hurried order and FAST experience.....like fast food in general and most of the employees....like not that their rude....just getting people in & out. Ya know? Tonite we went to Arby's here in Arnold and it was like a whole DIFFERENT experience! Our cashier was amazing and she went above and beyond....she didn't make me feel anxious or rushed when ordering....made sure the kiddos had all their sauces and even brought Landon a tray like Mom & Dad had. ♥️ She was so polite & knew her job very well..... “It's a Taco Bell.... but, for a Taco Bell, it's typically on the cleaner end with friendly and fast service. Also, they usually put the right amount of each topping on your items. Every once in awhile you'll get the wrong item or a topping you didn't want or ask for..... but for the most part, the Columbia Taco Bell is on the upper part of my list.“

“This is my second favorite Canes location in the area. The service is always good and the food is even better.

This spot has a big lobby and it's proximity to the mall also is a plus. If you've never eaten here before, every entree is chicken fingers. They only have their house sauce. If you're fine with that, you'll love it. If that's a problem, you probably won't like it.

Right now this is my favorite chicken chain and I definitely suggest trying it out.“

From the friendly greeting by a cashier named Kyle upon entering (yes, I was so impressed I noted his name; and no I don't know him outside of this transaction) to just the nicer, newer, clean layout of the place compared to the other locations I've been to, it was a wonderful experience. While I've never had a horrible experience at Arby's, I can't say I've always had 5 star service at Arby's, nor been this favorable about every visit. But on Saturday September 25, at the Lamplighter Square store in St. Louis, I became a huge fan of Arby's again. “This Wendy's is fantastic. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

“I arrived at White Castle at 3am in the morning.I just left the hospital as a patient.I was hungry I placed an order and the cashier was very nice I didn't have to ask for any condiments they were already placed inside my bag. She greeted me with a smile I was so impressed because she was so nice at 3am .I wish I could have given her a tip.....A smile goes a long way.

“I’ve been coming to this Sonic location on and off for over 5 years, and I honestly can’t recall a single noticeably bad experience. Most of my visits are in the morning for breakfast, and they have consistently done an outstanding job—especially with the breakfast burritos.

The food is always hot, fresh, and made with great attention to quality. I also want to highlight the blonde carhop who’s been working most mornings for as long as I can remember. She is always very friendly, fast, and ensures my order is perfect every time.

As a whole, this location absolutely deserves five stars for its consistency and great service over the years!“
