“I travel for work and as such, I am constantly eating out. I can not say how impressed I am with this restaurant and it's staff.

For me, the food is far less important than the service received. Trinity and Amanda made sure I never had an empty cup, and they were not afraid to have conversations with me. They were the epitome of service with a smile and have ensured that any time I'm in the Jefferson City area that I will be eating here.

I ate here for dinner last night and got the Cajun shrimp pasta. The lights were dimmed for the evening amd the ambiance was wonderful. The music is not too loud, so you can still have a conversation. I then ate here for breakfast and the continental breakfast is the best that I've ever had. They have a wide variety of options and all of them are high quality. One major tell of a breakfast, is the type of bacon they serve. This restaurant has the best, thickest bacon I've seen. The food was delicious. I'm blown away by this restaurant but more importantly, by its team. 10/10 great job guys.“

“We are in Jefferson City for work and have always loved Colton's Steak House & Grill when we come to Jeff City. We’ve been going there for years and honestly have never had any issues before tonight. After a long day at work we decided to order DoorDash instead of coming in to dine.
My husband ordered the hamburger steak, just like he always does, and he likes to use steak sauce with it. I tried to order steak sauce on the app but it wasn’t listed anywhere, and there was no option for notes either. So I called the restaurant thinking it would be a simple fix.
The girl who answered told me they couldn’t send steak sauce because we would have to pay for it, which honestly was completely fine with us. But then she said we couldn’t pay over the phone for it and the only way to get it was to come into the restaurant and purchase it ourselves. WHAT IN THE WORLD?? This is a steakhouse, and when we dine inside we’ve never been charged for steak sauce before.
I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were busy. After being placed on hold for a few minutes, she came back and said, “I will do it this time but it won’t happen again so please don’t ask.”
I honestly can’t believe this happened. We have always loved this place and never had any problems before. The food is still great, but the way this was handled really hurt my feelings and honestly just left my heart sad tonight.“

“Spent 30 bucks flat on some chicken tenders, fries, and some cinnabon delights. I had about a 15 minute wait for them to put me at a booth, so that was a little unfortunate.

The food was pretty good, but not really worth the price for me. The chicken was decent, the fries are delicious as always, but the cinnabon delights I would not suggest from here - they were a little hard and overcooked. Not like the soft cinnamony goodness I've come to expect.

All in all... it's applebees lol“

“My husband and I just dined in Madison Cafe and were amazed how great everything was. Regrettably, we reside in Jefferson City for nine years without ever dining at Madison Cafe. We wish we had gone there sooner because the food, staff, and prices are really great. We will return to M.C. real soon.“

“I stopped by here for a quick dinner and the wings were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sauce. The place was pretty busy but our server was still really attentive and made sure our drinks were always full. It is a loud and high energy spot which is exactly what I expect when I want to catch a game and grab some good food. I would definitely come back again.“
