“Great experience at this Burger King. Entire staff were very efficient and pleasant and the lady manager was exceptionally nice and went out of her way to help me. The food came out quickly and was made perfect. I highly recommend this location and I hope other customers can be highly satisfied like I was.“

Had to wait a little longer than normal, but not an issue.
The food at this location is normally the best of the McDonald's I visit. However, this visit I ordered a Filet-o-Fish with my dbl 1/4lb meal. The Filet-o-fish had sat too long. The buns were dried out on the surface and so was the filet. The rest of the meal was great...“

“This is my most frequented McDonald's. Seems like they are always busy, but the wait really isn't that bad when they are really busy. This is a well ran location, imo and it's night and day compared to the other locations in the area bc there are some poorly staffed McDonald's in noco.“

“I dont know if they got their act together or if this morning's crew was just unusually great, but I got my order fast, it was correct, and I didn't get any negative vibes from the workers (even though I'm sure they hate it when I order normal food at breakfast time). The negative reviews had me really concerned, but I figured there was no way they could be as bad as the St. Anne location, so I drove an extra 20 minutes to give them a try. Again, maybe I got lucky, but I am very happy with my food and the service I got this morning!“

“Steak and Shake is just a good old fashioned hamburger like it is supposed to be. They have great onion rings too and great shakes and malts. This particular location has extended hours, I try not to eat fast food too often but when I do I might drive out of my way a little bit to go to the Steak and Shake, it's that good! The service has always been fantastic and fast and the food delicious. The parking lot is very well laid out and it's easy to get in and out of the restaurant and back on with the rest of your day and isn't that part of what fast food is supposed to be about. But really the food is great and it is generally offered at a great value they have a number of $5 meals at any time and any one of those burgers is it going to hit the spot.“

“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. NEEDLESS TI SAY NO ONE ATE THEIR MEAL WE ORDERED ELSE WHERE AND I SUGGEST SKIPPING PAST THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE TIME IR MONEY WASTED.“

“The food is absolutely delicious! The burgers are huge and delicious, and quite well cooked. The barbecue sauce was tangy and delicious with the Gateway Burger. I was looking forward to trying the onion rings, but ended up not having room after the burger!

Some reviews have mentioned the service - the servers are not overenthusiastic in their greetings as other restaurants, but the service is damn good. They have a very subtle style of attentiveness, not always asking if you need something but noticing when you do, keeping an eye on you. They check in at the exact points - when the food hits the table, after two bites, and when your plate is just about done. There were two servers today and they were both multitasking and on top of all their tables, and their demeanor just happens to be more casual comfort. Definitely wouldn’t dock them any service points. If you do tend to prefer more enthusiastic service, it might not be the best match, but theirs is still a service style that will get you what you need.

I’m not currently living in STL, but will definitely be returning next time I’m in the city!“
