“This restaurant in Hermann, Missouri is located near the Missouri River and about 3 miles from the Katy Trail. It is located East of the Tin Mill Brewery. This is important since the websites are confusing for both entities and it isn’t clear what the open hours are for each. They are separate entities, but I spoke to some who stopped to find the brewery closed thinking it contained the restaurant. I do think the both could provide more clarity on it’s websites. The brewery site has pictures of food so it is logical to think the two are one. As for the experience, the staff were top notch and very friendly. The ales were not that good lacking carbonation. However, the German Pils was a standout lager. The menu is a mix of German and American dishes, so there is a lot of choice. I had the sausage appetizer, and it was enough for my meal.“
