My only complaints are the $2.00 up charge for the request of drummies or flats only and the price difference up charge for using a card. I understand that there's a fee. “I am a mother of four, and it is difficult to get everyone to agree on a spot to eat at. When I saw your name pop up when I had googled "restaurants near me" I felt a pang of excitement in my chest. Well, I guess you could say I knew what I had to do.When my children showed up, we were greeted with a beautiful ambiance, a line of belly dancers and a hibachi grill. We sat down and got treated with a silk bib, and pizza on a golden platter.My eldest son had cried tears of joy at the pure joy this restaurant had given him. I particularly recommend this location for a wedding - or bar mitzvah!“

“After having a bad experience at a previous store, I didn't have high expectations, but they were very quick about filling the order. And having it ready, even before I got to the store which I was only like 10 minutes away. And the employee that brought it out to my car was very courteous. So I were to say they hit it out of the park as an understatement“

“Shoutout to the hard working employees busting their tails on Halloween, probably one of the craziest nights to deal with taking orders. They were dressed up in costumes, working like a well oiled machine and doing everything to keep up with a smile on their faces. Yes, our carryout order took a few extra minutes but I anticipated that and planned ahead, unlike the multiple Karens calling and yelling at the apologetic young lady working the phones.
Every time we order the employees are so friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Kudos to the Halloween crew, they were dialed in and doing their best to keep up and keep smiling. Thanks for helping make the pizza party for our kids a delicious and fun experience, your hard work did not go unnoticed.“

“Our first visit with our former neighbor who lives in Pacific now. Food & service excellent. It did remind me of being on the Hill in STL with main street charm. Best lasagna eaten in a long time. Only slight negative comment
It was so cold inside we started to rush our meal to get outside again. Hopefully next time will be functioning as usual. 🙂“

They were very busy and were very accommodating and WONDERFUL, when they were out of certain ingredients to make sandwiches, to go out of their way to make my order happen. These two ladies deserve recognition and a raise or bonus for their service. I appreciate them Greatly!“

“Came to eat here after a long day at six flags and it was great! I left my bag at the restaurant and they went out of their way to mail it back since we live out of state! The food was great and so was the staff, would definitely recommend!“

“It is definitely old-school style! It was once a drugstore from back-in-the-day and has been Primo's for the past 20+ years. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and my food was BEYOND exemplary — totally fantastic! My burger was hot and juicy and fresh off the grill, and the French fries were piping hot and tasty! I recommend highly!! And .... don't walk out the door without a milkshake!!“

“I’ll be real—walking in, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The place has lost the vibe it used to have: no tables, no pinball…feels more like a waiting room than a wing joint. Definitely miss the old energy and the breaded wings from back in the day. BUT credit where it’s due: the staff was super friendly, and those wings? 🔥🔥🔥 Absolutely hit the spot. I threw a little salt on them and they went from good to straight-up bangers. If you’re in it for the flavor and not the ambiance, this place still delivers. Would love to see them bring back some of the old charm, but for now? Still worth the stop.“

“I love their limited edition pretzel pizza it's the only place that has cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce that makes pretzel pizza and it's the only reason I go here and they only have it once a year. This year they stepped it up and added a stuffed cheesy crust to the pretzel pizza and it's a game changer!! Love it!! They need to make it permanent and I'd visit more often.“
