“The staff at this store are amazing human beings. I called for delivery, but they do not deliver to my address, they told me they would give me a discount to pick it up. I thanked them and mentioned it was my Birthday and it was a nice suprise to get a discount. When I arrived to pick up my order, the guy that brought it out said " Happy Birthday! We all chipped in and got you a Birthday cookie." I cried, the day before this, my son had 2 horrible seizures, so I was in a sad state of mind, the gesture you all made touched my heart. In a world that is sad and hurting right now, your workers showed, there is still good in the world! Thank You Papa John's Imperial Mo. YOU ROCK!! PS. The pizza and cookie was delish!!! 🍕❤🍪❤😊😭❤“

“ordered pizza at 12:24 today from imperial location. at 130 called the store was informed theres only one delivery driver. pizzas are placed in a warmer. yum, cardboard pizza. after a 100 excuses I canceled the order. my grandkids wanted pizza, i thought I had the pevely store and ordered at 2:04. nope stupid me, went to the imperial store. was suppose to be here at 3:00. here is is 4:15 no pizza. im sure it will be so yummy any dry. the delivery driver gave me the wrong number to Corp, but i got ahold of someone at that number. She was nice enough to give me a name and number who to call. brittany baker. 314-630-7088. if youre not hoing to be able to deliver, you should take that option off online ordering. but who am I to think of the smart decision. anyone want to made a bet the pizza is going to be cold cardboard??? I'll update with pictures it they deliver before closing. heres what I ordered and what we got. both pizzas should have tge same toppings, except one is hand tossed, the other thin.“

“We love going to Saucy's in High Ridge. The owners are very personable and the food is great. You pick your crust type, cheese, toppings or you can get one of their specialty pizzas. We love the carnivore pizza! The pizza sauce has the right flavor and isnt bitter or sweet, its perfect.Their wings are made without deep frying. They run them thru their pizza cooker. If you like crisper wings just tell them you want them crispier. The hillbilly seasoning is my favorite but they are all soo good. Also, the stuffed crust bites are a must try. They pair perfectly with their garlic butter sauce or marinara sauce. The atmosphere is great for couples, friends and families. There is a pool table, some slots and a couple of games for the kiddos to enjoy.“

“Cheap outing if you’ve got a family to feed and on a small budget.
The buffet itself leaves something to be desired besides pizza, however there is a mid salad bar, some basic noodles and sauce as well as desserts like brownies and cinnamon rolls that add some fluff to the plates. drinks are endless and if it’s not to busy, you can ask for special made pizzas with crazy toppings and styles like “chicken and waffle with red onions” that’s probably one of my favorite things about the place.
Tables are generally clean, and the staff is always nice and attentive, however you can tell it’s the kind of place running off minimum wage overall.
Because I’m cheap, I never really get much from the arcade area however I am glad it exists for the kids sake.
My only major gripe about the place is that sometimes it can get a little crowded and chaotic with kids running around and the other people sometimes look/act like hooserish creatures themselves. Otherwise it’s a solid choice for the family to fill up in between the daily hustle and bustle.“

“Pizzas & staff were great but this location/ franchise apparently does *not* participate/ give rewards that are offered via email from the parent company. Email says 25 bonus points when you order Mike's Hot Honey Pizza, but my rewards do not reflect it. This is the 2nd time I didn't get bonus points per emailed offer. Last time I thought maybe their system isn't up to date, but when it happened again it makes me think they're just not participating. Maybe if they did participate they would get more customers.“

“The food was excellent, the service was excellent, only thing is there is a room where we had our dinner with 10 friends, it has a big step up that isn't lighted very well. My wife tripped and luckily didn't hit her head on the corner of the table. Other than that everything was great!“

“This exact location is the reason why my faith have restored back in IMO’s. The last time before now was Oct of 2018. I didn’t think I would ever eat at the IMO’s establishment ever again. This place still value their customers and customer service. They actually greet you here and anticipate your needs. Very PROFESSIONAL, Food is served in a timely manner and it’s hot, fresh and delicious! The place is so clean outside and inside. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The staff each time I’ve come to do business here have been REMARKABLE. I could go on and on🥰

“So we went here on their half off pizza week. Waiting was terrible. The app said 20-30 mins it took an hour. We got the pizza and it was cold. I still would give a 5 star just because the taste of the pizza was good and the friendliness and apologies from the workers. They were working hard with many pizzas coming in. I’d still come back here to give this location another shot“

“So I enjoyed my food the past couple of times I've had delivery. My only issue is the drivers, both that I have had, just seem so unhappy. I tip 20% on a 40 plus dollar order and they look and act like I have not given them anything. I double checked the receipt this time and it says the tip amount. Are my drivers not looking? I myself work for tips and always have a pleasant disposition when talking with customers. I just don't get it. I tip so drivers are happy to deliver to me. “I have lived in Arnold for 12 years now and have never tried That’sa Nice’a Pizza but have always heard great things. Today I decided I had to try it and I am sold. So good! I was very surprised when the guy who delivered it said that they had a little trouble getting one of the pizzas out of the oven. A small area tore a bit so they sent me an extra nine inch pizza to compensate. They absolutely didn’t need to do that but was such a sweet thing to do. Will be ordering from here from now on. “They give you little portions for the price... They need to realize people would buy more if cheaper their pizza isn't even that great for what their charging. Their chicken wings are fatty as hell unless you like that don't get it. On online ordering they should have options to add things to tots or breads or anything like pizza how do I tell them it's half one topping half the other“

“A few days back my cell phone fell out of my jacket and into the street as I got in my car and drove away from a students home. Shortly thereafter a driver from this location was delivering a pizza in the same neighborhood saw my phone, stopped to pick it up and actively sought its owner. I havent had the pizza here because I dont live close, but the employees are honest. That says a lot nowadays. Thank you.“
