“The staff at this store are amazing human beings. I called for delivery, but they do not deliver to my address, they told me they would give me a discount to pick it up. I thanked them and mentioned it was my Birthday and it was a nice suprise to get a discount. When I arrived to pick up my order, the guy that brought it out said " Happy Birthday! We all chipped in and got you a Birthday cookie." I cried, the day before this, my son had 2 horrible seizures, so I was in a sad state of mind, the gesture you all made touched my heart. In a world that is sad and hurting right now, your workers showed, there is still good in the world! Thank You Papa John's Imperial Mo. YOU ROCK!! PS. The pizza and cookie was delish!!! 🍕❤🍪❤😊😭❤“

“Excellent food!!! The pizza was amazing!!! Two 12”es fed our entire family. The garlic bread was rather plain - no sauce, cheese, or anything - but really tasty. Only real issue was the flies in the front of the building. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either.“

“ordered pizza at 12:24 today from imperial location. at 130 called the store was informed theres only one delivery driver. pizzas are placed in a warmer. yum, cardboard pizza. after a 100 excuses I canceled the order. my grandkids wanted pizza, i thought I had the pevely store and ordered at 2:04. nope stupid me, went to the imperial store. was suppose to be here at 3:00. here is is 4:15 no pizza. im sure it will be so yummy any dry. the delivery driver gave me the wrong number to Corp, but i got ahold of someone at that number. I'll update with pictures it they deliver before closing. heres what I ordered and what we got. both pizzas should have tge same toppings, except one is hand tossed, the other thin.“

“For the St Louis area, this is good pizza. The thick crust was not too thick, it was good, thicker than hand toss. Although it is not artisan. I had the BNQ chicken, flavor was phenomenal. Decent amount of chicken. They took over 10 minutes from the promised time, but it was ok. It was a bit pricey, the 20%off helped. I will eat there again.“

Could not have been happier with my first experience my two-year-old had a blast one one of those little rubber balls out of their vending machines and accidentally got it stuck in the bowling machine and management was wonderful Armando came around and managed to get his ball back for him before we left food quality was fantastic customer service was amazing restaurants very nice and clean one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in the last 5 years I highly recommend going“

“Came in today around noon in desperate need of a quick lunch. Thought they had ready slices. They did not.
Asked how long a fresh pizza would take. 10 minutes. Just fast enough for my unreasonable timeframe.
They whipped up two delicious fresh pizzas in about 8 minutes.
The two young people working really saved my coworker and my day. Super nice and great at their job. The pizza is a bit pricey, but the service and quality are both great.“

“I just hosted my son’s birthday party at the South County location and it was fantastic! Both managers, Sheila and Jess, were amazing to work with.
Sheila helped me the day before the party with planning and deciding which package was a good match for what I was looking for. She then left some notes for Jess, who was the manager on duty the day of the party. Sheila was kind, courteous, and went above and beyond when I spoke with her on the phone!

Jess did an incredible job living up to the high bar that Sheila set! Jess was extremely accommodating, and ensured that our experience was top notch - AND IT WAS! The package we got was a great deal, there was hardly anyone there on a Tuesday afternoon, and it was a wonderful experience overall for my son and his friends! I would 10/10 recommend this location. “My husband and I came here for our 9 year anniversary and almost left before ordering. Sabrina started the save of our business by providing excellent customer service after we experienced extremely poor customer service from the young hostess. First the young hostess attempted to sit us in a loud, busy section of the restaurant so we asked if we could sit on the other side where it was much more quiet and enjoyable. She agreed but stated we would have to wait for a table to open up. We agreed and waited approximately 10 minutes which was no problem. The hostess then tried to sit us at a table and when we requested a booth seating she just simply said none were available even though there were clearly a couple empty booths available in that area. The upsetting part of that was she didn't even offer us the option to wait for a booth to open, she made it seem like the table was the only option and walked away. When approached by the server Sabrina we explained the situation and she immediately sat us at an empty booth and apologized. Then our assigned server Ashley continued to provide excellent customer service turning our poor experience into a wonderful one. So thank you Sabrina and Ashley for making our anniversary dinner an exceptional experience!“

“So I enjoyed my food the past couple of times I've had delivery. My only issue is the drivers, both that I have had, just seem so unhappy. I tip 20% on a 40 plus dollar order and they look and act like I have not given them anything. I double checked the receipt this time and it says the tip amount. Are my drivers not looking? I myself work for tips and always have a pleasant disposition when talking with customers. I just don't get it. I tip so drivers are happy to deliver to me. If they cannot at least fake it I will keep my money in the future. Thanks for listening to me rant.“

The app provided me with a code for the Pizza Portal that is a convenient order pickup cabinet at the location. The app also shows estimated time of completion with step by step progress.
I arrived at the location and my name was displayed on a screen at the Pizza Portal. My name was in a corresponding door. I typed in my code and the door opens automatically. Very efficient experience so the employees can continue to make more orders. Thank you! The meal was great!“

“I love their limited edition pretzel pizza it's the only place that has cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce that makes pretzel pizza and it's the only reason I go here and they only have it once a year. This year they stepped it up and added a stuffed cheesy crust to the pretzel pizza and it's a game changer!! Love it!! They need to make it permanent and I'd visit more often.“
