“This location is outstanding. The food is delicious the portions are fair and so are the prices. I believe this is the best McAlister's in St Louis hands down. The help there are very friendly it's a really nice atmosphere and I love their sandwiches. I highly recommend the king club. You'll be lucky if you can eat the whole thing in what city and the potato salad that comes with it if you choose it is outstanding. The help makes you feel welcome there it's very clean including the bathrooms. You can also order food on the app and get it to go or eat in. I highly recommend this place. It's one of our favorites to go to in Arnold Missouri.“

“I used to go to the Subway in Gravois Bluffs because it was convenient, service and quality was mid at best. Popped in this location one day and was immediately impressed. The restaurant is incredibly clean, the young ladies working were very nice and the sandwiches were the best I've had from any Subway. Ingredients are very fresh and the sandwiches were assembled nicely. Needless to say, I drive out of my way to go to this location.“

“Sometimes you just need to say something when you find a business that actually takes care of their place! This location is one of the cleanest subways I’ve eaten at! The bread 🥖 is ALWAYS soft, veggies look and taste fresh, and they actually make a nice sandwich so it not a mess when you eat it. Every employee I have encountered since I started going these last few months has been kind with a smile 😊 just wanted to show some appreciation Thank you! I’ll definitely continue coming back!“

“I came to this restaurant 4/29/26 just as it was closing and was greeted by Jamilla. I thought she would tell me they are closed but she smiled warmly and said they are still open and made me a delicious subway sandwich. She was very patient, but also very efficient, kind, and diligent. Having worked at subway I can say you are blessed to have her on staff. - LW“

“I came in today, and one of the customers was extremely rude to this young lady with glasses and piercings. I couldn’t find corporate number to not make a complaint but to contradict a customers complaint as I witnessed the customer be extremely rude then follow the employee out to their vehicle and take pictures of them and their vehicle bashing them online and posting them. So please ensure your employee knows they handled it well and I’m sorry they had to deal with the Karen! Update- as your employee left work the woman also followed her taking pictures and swerved her own vehicle st your worker in their vehicle. I seen a post on facebook but it has been deleted from Casey coulter. Sorry for any inconvenience it would just be wrong letting some lady possibly getting your employees job terminated“

“Came in just a few minutes before close with a 3 sandwich order and only 1 person working. The one person working was Milton and he was great. He was very professional, hospitable and it was definitely appreciated. We live close and will definitely be back.“

“The young man at the counter is great. Listens and asked all the right questions.
The other gentleman was providing awesome service to a customer who came in needing assistance with their online order.
The only reason atmosphere and food wasn't 5 stars is because you can tell that all the veggies and sauce area wasn't refreshed or cleaned up as you would hope.
The rest of the restaurant is well kept.

“This Jimmy John's location is Fantastic! We used their catering services for our Christmas Party at Bethesda Southgate and when there was some confusion (probably on our end) about how the order was supposed to come and we ran short on sandwiches, they saved the day! They dropped off more sandwiches with hardly any notice and were so friendly about it! We will definitely be using them again to cater employee parties! Jen Popp Administrator Bethesda Southgate“

“It's a deli so it's just means it's clean etc. Not a romantic place if you want that. Now I have to getbmy food delivered but I always loved their baked potatoes the most as they are hard-to-find find and the chicken salad on a croissant is another fave but I love the nuts and cranberries. Their French dip alway had lots of real au just not bouillon cubes dissolved in water“

“This Subway is by far thee best!! I don’t care what time you go, the food is always fresh. So-So many Subway managers around St.Louis can certainly learn a few pointers from this Arnold location inside of Walmart. The ceilings and vents are even spic and span! Highly Impressed!!“

“Ive had Subway my entire life and besides the location in Bonne Terre, MO (that needs a upgrade) my entire life hands down my favorite location is this one! The staff is amazing fast they do not play around and I love the dining area distance and privacy. Great place to order and jet or stay a min. Best looking visual selection of veggies, cheese, meats breads--I've seen yet.“
