“i love starbucks, but i wish it was more consistent. i came earlier the same day and had complete different quality of drinks. night and day for the same exact drink. i had to get it remade it was extremely watery. i come here twice a week, i know it’s annoying but i know what my drink looks and tastes like (3 shots of blonde espresso ristretto extra soy milk extra ice)“

“I order here often. Today's staff was absolutely amazing!! I placed a pick-up order but due to an accident I was unable to get it. I called and the manager was very polite and understanding and set it for a refund. When I came in I decided to just have it remade and the staff was courteous and prompt with my situation and order. So very pleased! Thanxx! Oh my custom latte was perfect, made my day☺️“

“Ariel was so friendly and personable. 5 stars.In a world where it seems like employees at chains could care less, Ariel greeted me with a smile and asked how my holiday was. Later, as I worked from a table, I saw some kids come in, acting a little obnoxious and asking for water (without buying anything). She was so patient, and treated them with kindness, not lecturing them about having to buy something to get a cup of water, but treated them like 10 or 12 year olds who were just out having fun and not really understanding how business works.Good on Ariel and good on this Starbucks for hiring her. The world needs more people like this, and corporate chains need to do whatever it takes to single out these type of people and make sure they have jobs (and make sure they are promoted).Great experience, and brightened my day!“
“I had to stop here to get a coffee drink for my wonderful girlfriend. This is the first day that I'm actually able to call her girlfriend because we just started dating. But she's beautiful! And she wanted a coffee for her lunch so I got her one.“
