Ordered food for carry out using the Wendy's app. Upon arrival , I found the doors locked. I drove around and pulled directly to the drive-thru window. They instructed me to go back through the drive-thru. I explained that the order was a carry out and that I had arrived well before the posted closing time for carry out orders. I ordered carry out so I could avoid the drive-thru line. By the time I made it back ro window I left with cold food.
I went through the drive thru to order food but the lady at the window didn't want to even listen to what I wanted so I didn't get one of my large drinks or large fry. She just kept saying anything else and wouldn't let me customize my order the way we wanted it. Guess we will only use the app from now on and hope no more screw ups. No receipt to complain to corporate either

I'm giving a 3 as a guess, because I might have liked it but will never know. Wendy's, if you're going to lock your dining room, at least put up a sign giving the reason, so that potential customers don't go to both doors and stand there wondering why there are customers inside and workers at the counter but no way in. I didn't want the drive-thru, so I left. I doubt I'll be back
