But this location on 11th & Rangeline is the best Customer Service McDs in Joplin. They want to come here; even though there are 2 locations closer to my house.“
“Food is usually overcooked and has a rubbery texture. Fries are either cold or burnt or old. No in between. The service is always great, and my order has never been wrong. Props for that.

“Too many customers for too few workers at night. On some Wednesdays the poor people get mobbed by a wrapped around line of cars at 11:30 and it seems to overwhelm them. Sadly, it seems to result in varying degrees of freshness of food received. I blame the greedy corporation and its franchisees for not keeping enough people on schedule way more than I do the employees themselves. Especially when 2 combo meals cost $29 and some change.“
“Fries were so fresh and hot! Love that because at almost every other mcdonald’s i’ve been to i was told “ we are waiting on the fries “ and they were cold. My here!! Anyways an older lady named Karen gave us our food and she was very polite and warned us about the curb that would “eat us”. 10/10 best McDonald’s i’ve been to in a while“
“Spent $20 on breakfasts for myself and twins which was decent. And the food was actually fresh. I’m new to this area so this McDonald’s in particular has already won me over. I will not eat at any McDonald’s in Joplin. They are terrible and I also questioned the cleanliness of them but this McDonald’s in particular is a 10 out of 10.“
