Finally made it to Chicken Salad Chick in Liberty, and I have to say… they nailed it.
From the start, the counter staff was friendly, helpful and made you feel welcome. Food came out spot on.
I went with the Jalapeño Holly and would absolutely recommend it. Just enough kick without trying to set your mouth on fire. 😂

I stopped in and got a to go order from there at dinner time. I got the Jalapeno Holly, Olivia's Old South, and a side of grape salad. My girlfriend got a BBQ one and then pasta salad for a side. I thought it was good...my girlfriend thought it was awesome. She also got a piece of white chocolate layer cake that was really good. Guests recommend the 2 scoop and 2 sides, and the staff made excellent recommendations. The Jalapeño Holly is a favorite, with just enough kick without trying to set your mouth on fire. Olivia's Old South and a BBQ chicken salad are also mentioned, along with a side of grape salad and pasta salad. The broccoli salad is a must. A little buttercream mini cookie at the end may be the perfect way to finish the meal, and a little sugar cookie is also good. The white chocolate layer cake is really good. One guest notes a scope of flavored chicken salad with crackers. The staff was amazing, and the food is very very good and a very healthy choice compared to other places. One team member went above and beyond and personally checked on guests to make sure they enjoyed the food. The restaurant seems to stay busy, and there's a different kind of chicken salad for every personality. The croissant was delicious, though one guest ate through the croissant a few bites before getting any chicken salad. Overall, great service and great food make this an easy recommendation, and guests will be back over and over again.
