Absolutely perfect! We love poke and try it almost everywhere we go. This poke is just as good as the best places in Hawaii. The fish quality is by far the best we’ve had in Kansas City! Thank you so much and we’ll be following the truck closely everywhere it goes! The poke didn’t last long enough to take a picture
food was amazing. I wanted to venture out and try something new besides the same old basic chicken strips or pulled pork, and was not disappointed. will get again if they are back in town
