This downtown location is such a cool building. I came in around 11 on a Sunday and they still had plenty of bagels in stock, although several schmears were out. So come early if you're concerned about that!
Went here this morning and it was really good. But what clinched it was the service. The two girls working were so nice and upbeat and there was a constant line to the door. They were never grumpy or upset, they maintained a sense of humor, patience and got orders out really quickly.

The bagels are fine, but much more bread than bagel. They are nothing like a dense, chewy and crusty bagel. The “rye” bagel lacked rye flour and was just a plain bagel with caraway seeds, which were left off the “everything” bagel.The atmosphere was confusingly Country French. Meshugah, but not in the way expected.
