I reached out to Customer Service about an order and they insisted on redelivering it. When it arrived, my cookies were warm crisp and simply perfect. What an incredible luxury to live near a location.
Whoever is manager there this Sunday evening is amazing 😊🙏
Had an item missing in the delivery order.
Called in and she immediately sent out their own staff with the missing item plus threw in couple more cookies in there!
I felt bad for the inconvenience we caused their staff but nonetheless appreciate their excellent service.
We love Insomnia Cookies!

A friend sent me a six-pack of cookies and had them delivered to my house! I was having a bad day and she knew this would make it better! The cookies were still warm when they arrived and they are so delicious! The delivery driver was so kind! IT WAS A TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR AND HE DELIVERED ANYWAY!!! I will be checking them out in person soon!

Insomnia Cookies is a small shop known for its hot, soft, and fresh cookies straight from the oven. The vegan options like Vegan Birthday Cake, Vegan Chocolate Chunk, and Vegan Double Chocolate Chunk are highly recommended. The menu is large overall and includes several vegan flavors for customers to enjoy. Despite the small sizes, the cookies taste great. The service is quick and efficient, with friendly and patient staff, especially for first-time visitors. While some customers praise the cookies and ice cream, others mention challenges like rude service and limited flavors. Additionally, parking around the building can be difficult, so customers need to be dedicated to enjoy their cookie experience. Overall, Insomnia Cookies is a popular spot to satisfy cookie cravings, even offering a gluten-free chocolate chip option that many cannot tell is gluten free.
