What an outstanding time to be had! I was looking for a dive and a beer and I walked into an epic piece of Kansas City history. Timmy the bartender, offered an above and beyond level of service, not just providing attentive service but also an incredibly interesting back story about the bar’s history with layers of famous Kansas historical stories.

Love the atmosphere. The bartender, (who’s family owned bar for long time) great stories and nostalgic about the history. Although we didn’t eat the menu looked amazing.

Fabulous bar. Food looked great, creole influence but I didn't try. The bartender was fantastic. Exactly what you want in a friendly bartender. Good beer selection. Good vibes in that place.
