Los Alamos Cocina is easily the best authentic Mexican food in KC. The menudo and pozole is best ive ever had and the chili rolo and verde are both outstanding, tastes exactly like homemade because they are. Wonderful family owned stop in a historic area of KC. oh and dont forget to treat yourself to the best chillaquiles and eggs you'll ever have. Delicious!
The catering we got for our New Years feast was a huge hit as well: tamales, pork verde and menudo. EXCELLENTE!
You should know when they take your order and don't tell you prices. And who charges for bottled water? 3 bottles. $9? Don't you provide table water-for free? Our meal was 2 orders-3 small taco's with cold rice and beans. 3 waters. $52! Ridiculous. We won't be back for sure.
This whole familia is incredible. The food is amazing. This is the best breakfast in all of KC. Period. Viva Los Alamos.
