First, let's talk about the staff that are absolutely wonderful human beings!!!! Completely went out of the way to help me. The coffee is amazing. I loved my shot of espresso!!! I'm looking forward to trying the winter blend mix they just came out with at home!
Union Station is a beautiful building and a very pleasant albeit somewhat echoey atmosphere for a coffee shop. Parisi is a top coffee name in KC in my opinion and this particular shop doesn’t disappoint. The lattes are the right temp (immediately drinkable) and creamy of froth. A friend from out of town having his first mocha with oat milk raved about it - several times! The way they hand out drinks is confusing, orders get mixed up, they forgot to even make one drink I ordered until I reminded them and another drink was supposed to be white chocolate and raspberry flavored but it tasted like nothing until the very end because 90% of the syrup was sitting at the bottom and was undrinkable. The pastries are good though
