“I go there often because alll the food is delicious. Bacon egg cheese bagel is my favorite for breakfast but the biscuits & gravy & omelettes are are also great. I also love the cheeseburgers & onion rings. Better than fast food anywhere. The bakery is awesome! I alsmust say the employees are friendly & series fast. Try it out !!“

“Service is okay. Sometimes this location is understaffed so orders may take a little longer to get out during busy hours. It's a smaller location made for mobile pickup orders instead of the usual dine-in cafe that everyone is familiar with so they don't have the usual white plates. Some people may find it inconvenient but they need to know that this location added on its dine-in service and drive-thru service. One thing that needs to be worked on is making sure orders are correct and include everything. Managers there are absolutely wonderful and are willing to accommodate for any inconveniences. This is a newer location so people need to be more patient with the staff. I think this location can have great potential in the future with a few adjustments.“

“I love the Baja bowl, but lately it seems they are almost always out of something for it. Today there was no avocado, oh well. But I ordered it with grilled chicken and got no chicken on it :) so I basically spent $12 for quinoa, Greek yogurt and black beans. Didn’t check it till I got home. I still like going to this location…I’ll just double check my order before leaving next time.“

“The staff seemed to friendly. There's was a wait between order and food ready. The sandwich options have reduced since 2020. The beverages (hot and ice tea, coffee, softdrinks) are bottomless. There's Bubly available at the soda fountain. There are three hot tea options: English Breakfast Tea, Green tea, and an orange ginger mint). TheToasted Frontega Chicken sandwich was a surprise. A little heat in end. This sandwich was really good. On the down side: the floors needed cleaning. The men's bathroom needs maintenance: urinal doesn't flush, and just general cleaning is necessary.“

“Pink Willow Cafe is a must to visit! The interior and exterior is so cute and aesthetic. Great place for taking photos! I got a matcha; I wasn’t crazy about it, but next time I’d love to try their food! No wifi in the cafe, too. Overall, I enjoyed my visit here-especially since there’s no other cafe like this in the STL area! So pink and cozy!“
