“This El Maguey is absolutely stellar! Food is great but ALCOHOL IS UNREAL! I’ve never had a margarita slap so hard. I bring my boss and coworkers here to experience the El Maguey Buzz and they’re amazed! “Duke's reputation as a BBQ icon is well deserved. They have a wide variety of great meat choices, all of which are smoked to perfection without being dry. I enjoyed the Brisket and the Pulled Chicken, but the sausage is also great. The sides are delicious as well. I had pit style beans and Potaoe Casserole. I was blown away by both, they were excellent. It's a fast casual format where you order and pay and then sit down as they bring your food. There is a decent amount of seating but groups could be a challenge. I did see seating outside as well. The staff is awesome, and there are a lot of reasons to come here many times.“

“Kid-friendliness: It is a bit loud, but my 2.5 year old did not mind the noise, and thoroughly enjoyed her chicken strips. My 5 month old newborn also fell asleep. Not sure every family will experience the same but the food and service is great!“

“I visited this spot on a whim, hungry after a workout and I'm so glad I did! It popped up on Yelp with great reviews so I stopped in. The service was great and the food came out fast. The smoked Turkey was super flavorful and tender. Definitely try the spicy house bbq sauce on the turkey and the baked beans. Chefs kiss. The greens weren't my cup of tea. They weren't bad, just was missing a little something for my taste. I would definitely go back next time I'm in the area.“

“We decided to try The Scrambler House today for the 1st time. It was delicious! They were very busy and food still arrived quickly. The homestyle potatoes were the best. “Very noisy. There was a rehearsal dinner going on in the area where we were sitting--25+ people. Very loud. We could barely carry on a conversation at our table. The food and our waiter, Matt were outstanding! We went here for our anniversary, a little disappointed at the noise level. Also, it took longer than usual to get our food probably because the restaurant was crowded/busy. We have been to Bristol Seafood many times and we enjoy the food. Never had a bad meal.“

“I have never been so disrespected by the lady who was at the front counter. Older lady blonde hair, black shirt. There 4 doordashers waiting on orders I walked up and told her the name she was instantly annoyed and told me move aside. She was even more rude to the dasher behind me. I gave you 5 stars because the restaurant isn't the reason there was a problem it was the host or waitress. Dashers help your business by delivering food to your customers that would not have ordered from here if we didn't deliver it. Maybe shes having a bad day but all of us even customers sitting down to eat all heard what she said to us and they were shocked. Its completely unnecessary to be rude to us because we are not sitting down to eat. Were delivering your food to your customers and I dont appreciate how I was treated. I dont think I will ever take my family back to jj's because of that ladys comments to us.“

The service was great and the entire staff was very friendly and eager to help. “Just tried it for the first time because I had a gift card come in the mail. I’m not a big pizza fan but I am a fan of free. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how much I loved this pizza. The gift card was for a large thin crust cheese pizza but I paid the difference to add topping and make it a pan crust. I had beef and bacon and man oh man was it delicious. I now have a pizza spot. 10/10 will be eating here again and trying the different specialties they have. The person who helped me at the counter was super nice and helpful too.“

The chicken strips were crispy and very tender. It was Lacking some seasoning, in my opinion, but overall very decent chicken. Nice dipping sauces, though.I had the ribeye and ribs combo. Ribs were bananas. I usually object to fall off the bone ribs, but these had char. They were moist and had amazing flavor.We also had a garden salad and baked potato. Both were great. Dessert was a strawberry cheesecake.Great food!Had an issue, and Lily, and Manager helped resolve it. We are grateful for hard-working waitstaff, but even the best restaurants will have an issue. They don't have a proper checkout. I'd rather pay at the table instead of a line of at least 18 people. My waitress wasn't very interactive, especially when I asked for Verde sauce, and it took 15 minutes even after I asked 2 separate employees, and 1 was my waitress. 4 stars because I believe this establishment can improve.“

Small amount of meat, but I did ask for budget didn't I? Potato salad and side salad were excellent. The salad had a lemon vinaigrette dressing which if you like lemons you'll love it; I'm so so on lemons so it wasn't to my taste. Service was quick and prompt and friendly. For 7:30 at night on a Saturday it was pretty empty. All in all 2 budget meals for $28.“
