“Its out first time in this area and we decided to give this place a try. Staff was super friendly all smiles as we walked in. I believe our waitresses name was Ava and she was probably one of the nicest waitresses I've had at a restaurant in a while. It was the first time we had seen fried green beads on a menu so we had to try them, not bad but probably wouldn't order again over many of the other options they have. However everything else we had was great and don't pass on dessert because Ava sold us on some chocolate cake and I'm definitely not mad at her for it. We will be back if we are ever in the area again.“

Cheese baby, cheese!

I came here willingly for one reason, and only one reason: I saw someone's picture of a dish called Alhombre and had to try it. Think of it like this...they throw a handful of pieces of all of their meats (plus bacon) on a platter and then smother it is cheese sauce. Yep, kinda like a garbage pizza but made of Americanized Mexican food. The list included chicken, steak, fish, bacon and somehow a couple of shrimps even though they weren't listed on the menu as being part of the dish. There were some vegetables in there too but the dish could have used a bit more. Everything was cooked properly and very flavorful even without that luscious blanket of cheese laid over the top. Tortillas on the side along with the ubiquitous rice & beans.

We started with chips and salsa but the main event was the most memorable...until dessert arrived. The thing I love about flan is the drizzle of caramel sauce that usually accompanies the custard on the plate. There's never enough to allow a little bit with each bite. Not usually. Not ever - until this plate of flan arrives and it was absolutely swimming in caramel sauce (see picture). I was stuffed to the gills but actually contemplated ordering another one just to see if it would look the same. I held off but will certainly return if for no other reason than to have another flan.“

“My favorite place for a burger in West County. Beer is cold and staff is friendly. Good healthy options if you’re into that kind of thing. Golf simulators, but remember to make a “tee time” which is easy to do via their website.“

“First time having St Louis style pizza. The taste was good on the sweet heat and all meat pizzas. The square-shaped pieces are convenient for snacking on. However, the cuts could have been deeper. Most of the pieces were fused back together by the cheese.“

“My wife and I celebrated our 3-year anniversary here, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. I called ahead and asked the staff if they could help me surprise my wife for our anniversary dinner. All I told them was, “I’m planning to bring my wife here for our first time to celebrate our 3-year anniversary. Please help me make it a memorable experience for her. She doesn’t know about this.” From that moment on, the staff went above and beyond for us. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They spent time with me on the phone suggesting ideas and helping plan the entire evening. As soon as we walked through the front doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and escorted to our table. While my wife was admiring the beautiful and cozy atmosphere, the staff gave me the reassuring “we got you” signal, allowing me to sit back, relax, and enjoy the night with her. The evening turned out even better than I expected. Every moment left my wife amazed, and she had a smile on her face the entire night. Thank you to all of the amazing staff members for making our anniversary so special. We officially found our new favorite place for dinner dates. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone. “Our local Irish pub has become our go-to place for comfort, good food, and genuinely kind people. The owners go above and beyond, the staff treats you like old friends, and the food is always incredible. You can feel the heart in this place every time you walk through the door. “We went for my mom's birthday. Everyone enjoyed our food. Steaks were cooked perfectly to everyone's individual tastes (we vary from medium rare all the way to well done) and we really enjoyed the desserts. We got the chocolate cake and key lime pie. Our server Tate was great and very knowledgeable about the menu. I also enjoyed that the atmosphere wasn't super snooty or uptight. They were playing the Cardinals game at the bar, which was fun. It was an overall wonderful experience.“
