“Visited this restaurant on Monday. I’d never heard of Costa Vida. We were visiting in the area & went here with my sister & bil. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the food was. Sweet pork, on my!!!! The staff was extremely pleasant & helpful. Very clean. We will be back when in the area.“

“So friendly and accommodating. I asked for a glass of water for my dog, the kind lady brought me,not a glass, but a plastic dish of water so as to make it easy for my dog to drink.my dog loved it. “When you are celiac (very strictly gluten free due to medical necessity), it is very hard to find a place you can go out and eat safely with your family. Here, they are very clear and strict with the management and prep of gf foods so I can still enjoy fast food occasionally with my kids. Thank you for your careful prep and kind considerations.“

“This was my first time trying the food here. And my goodness I’m absolutely blown away by the service and the atmosphere and the food! I got a strawberry dragon fruit for my drink. Which was refreshing and amazing! Ivonne was Excellent!! I miss the fellow’s name at the front, but he also did a phenomenal job! He explained everything very well and they also had live music! It was very clean and comfortable and they have good seating as well. It didn’t take a long time for my food. I will absolutely be back!“

“I went through the drive though, and the window worker was very nice. I was instructed to pull forward and wait in the front for my food. However, there was no clearly stated place for waiting cars, which was a little confusing. I received my food, but I only received 3 packets of Arby's sauce for 6 sandwiches. It was too late to go back and get some more, but that was careless of them to do that. The food was pretty good still.“

“I was in the drive-thru and out of the drive-thru in less than less than 5 minutes I got a number 13 which is the chicken strips. They were hot fresh honey butter dipping sauce was in there onion rings were hot fresh. I also got the blackberry Dr pepper shake thick and cold. Location gets five stars to me It was clean well organized from what I could see through the drive-thru window please we're all working nobody was sitting around lobby was clean from seeing through the window people were sitting down eating. Only thing I would say is is the person taking the order could be a little bit more enthused about being there. But other than that it was great.“

“110% recommend this location. I work on Douglas and today was my third and last poor experience with Douglas location. After waiting almost 20 minutes (thank goodness the card reader wasn’t working this time so I didn’t have to worry about a refund), I drove to third street and got the same order in less than five minutes. Both locations were equally as busy. Not sure what the problem is at Douglas, but they could learn a lot from 3rd st.“

“This has been the best Kansas City area Popeyes experience I have had since 2015. The staff cooks the food as it is supposed to be cooked (the signature double dredge) and it is fresh. They are prompt, kind and respectable. The food stays hot during my commute home and I feel it was money worth spending.“

“I am pregnant and I was craving Jersey Mike’s really bad I kindly went into the building and asked a blonde lady that worked there if she could please toast my sandwich since I am pregnant, She told me that they didn’t do toast sandwiches, which was fine, but I did ask her if she could put the ham on the grill For a little bit so I can eat it She told me that she couldn’t cause it’s cross contamination but I saw she was cleaning the grill And was very rude about it . Thankfully, another coworker was working there and he was very nice. His name is Logan. He saw I was very distressed and upset because I couldn’t get the food that I was craving I asked him if he could please just make the sandwich separately and then put the toppings on the side so I could just toast the sandwich at home myself and then I could just put the toppings on For myself At home Cause I told him I was pregnant .. He kindly told me that he could put the ham on the grill because they already cleaned the grill anyways for me and filled my Satisfaction Of niceness and good costumer service And had a good kindness of heart that he cared that I’m pregnant tried his best to fill my needs. So shout out to Logan he needs a raise or something !“

“My family went to McDonald's this evening and Olga was simply AMAZING. We have never gotten service at this location like this before. She made sure we had everything hot and fresh and she even came over to check on us. Super sweet! They need more associates like Olga in this world.“

“Today, coming here, I saw it was busy. The workers was clearly understaffed and was pressured by both lobby and drive thru orders. The order taking was fine and had to wait when both their computer screens were covered with orders. Responding to Dennis Jones, the recent last post. If you were put to work in that situation, what have you done instead. The employee taking the orders were not like kindergarten. They were seem stressed out.“

Didn’t want to leave the pool so placed our order for delivery via the app. Left a comment to bring it to the pool. 100% in shock when I saw the pizza delivery guy coming on back for poolside delivery!
