Stay clear of Bill... Why you ask? He was a smug, rude & a disingenuous individual. Brought in six (6) people & spent over $300.00 with no other customers dining that day. “I have been messaging back and forth with the owner for over a month to plan my daughters graduation party. We did a Sunday, so we had the entire place for just our private event. There was a heat index of 118+ that day so the AC had some trouble keeping up and I do know other restaurants in the area had to close down because of AC issues. Even with all that, the team had reached out to an HVAC company right away. The amazing staff immediately brought out large fans and had ice waters poured and ready to go for when guests arrived. Patti, Amy, and Parker all asked me several times if they could help me set up my own decorations- the restaurant itself already was set up for my party and looked amazing. There was excellent communication throughout the event. The food was delicious, and the service was top notch. Most of all, my daughter loved it. We come in about 2X a month usually so I was comfortable hosting the party here. I am glad I did. We will definitely do this again for other events. Huge thanks to Amy, Patti, Parker, and Colleen! Also worth noting, for a catered event, the price was extremely fair! Sorry no pics of the food...but the sandwiches, pretzels, wings especially, T Ravs, and salad were ALL delicious!“

“i drove to helen fitzgerald’s 4 hours from KC a few weeks ago with my friend to try some wings and listen to JAM (and you should, too). we did not realize that you had to be 21+ to enter the bar section for live music, and my friend was not 21 yet. the manager, Jason, was so kind to us and allowed us to stay and listen to Jackson and Mars for a while and keep our yearly tradition of seeing them! huge thank you to Jason and all of the staff for showing us kindness and great service. “Probably the best tasting fried chicken in town, we have to stop by Fergie's every time we're in town. Their price point is still good, and you can order all dark or white meat for an extra price. The breading is very tasty and the meat is tender and moist.“

“I knew the owners of this place. Rose and Tony. My grandma took me down there when I was two. She ran a run down apt complex right next to there. I can’t believe it is still there. Rose and Tony would come to my house for holidays. I will be visiting there soon. It was a nice little dive bar the last time I was there. I worked at the west and cafe. I think rose and Tony were still alive at that point. Like 30 years ago. Love them and I loved this little bar.“

My wife and I bought all inclusive tickets for the Bud deck. They were accidentally listed for sale during a 4hr window and the deck was actually closed for a private event.

This place went above and beyond for us. I wasn’t mad. I knew I’d at least be refunded. They went to the moon and back to apologize for the mistake and made us whole 5x over. I go to a lot of games, but don’t regularly pre-game here. Well that’s going to change. I’m coming here every game. Special shout out to the guest services manager and the bar manger. They made us feel special and that our business actually meant something to them.

You do NOT get this service anymore. Phenomenal people. I’m coming all summer long and I’m a patron for life. The two women who helped us were top notch. Bud deck guest manager and main floor bar manager. I don’t know their names, but they’re the best of the best in the industry.

“One of the weirdest hockey rings I've ever been to. Inline hockey on one side and ice hockey on the other and then there's basically a rundown mall right through the center... When it said All American sports Mall I didn't expect it to actually be a mall! There's like six or seven stores that were looked like they have been closed down for a long time. Ice was in great shape though that's why they get four stars. I do like the viewing area from the top It was a different experience than I'm used to.“
