“ORDERING ONLINE Should be faster
Ordered online to pick up in the drive thru. Had to pull around and wait
Ordered in the drivethru and had to pull around front until the order was ready. Didn't really mind that.
The Baked Spaghetti with meatballs was good. The breadsticks were good. The Fettuccine Alfredo was good, but it would probably have been better if it had the chicken we had ordered with it.
Staff was very friendly.“

“This store is awesome. They bust their butts to get your order right and get it to you fast whether they have one order in the store or 25.. I always get my pizza here even though I’m driving PAST other Huts to get it. Great staff awesome Team.“

“This place is ran by teenagers, and surprisingly does great with customer service! They are always busy being one of the few places to eat in town. It is hit or miss when they are open or shake machine is working- supposed to be open til 11 pm now and they closed at 10:00 with a sign placed....“

“Employee's had an amazing and bubbly attitude. We always use a super hero name for our order, rarely gets called out. Not this day, yelled out batman and then started to sing the original batman tune. 10/10 would recommend this TB
Vegetarian options: Can swap any meat with black beans. The black bean crunch wrap supreme is outstanding“

“Always clean super friendly I had a gal on here pink shirt super cool super friendly I felt like I was holding her up and she was just very kind to me and made my day and I appreciate it and I order a caramel frappe with three shots of espresso and one shot on the side and oh my gosh she made it absolutely amazing Thank you 🥰🥰🥰🥰“

“I go a few times a month for fried chicken. When I go on, I always ask if they can put these pieces in one bucket and the other in a separate bucket, and one original and one extra crispy.
They are always so nice and friendly and as they try and meet my weird requests.
My chicken is always hot and crispy, and if you have the app, they have some great deals and great rewards!“

“Everything was fresh and nicely packaged. Service very prompt and friendly. Speed of the drive up was extremely fast 5 cars in front of me I was out of there within 6 minutes I think that's pretty impressive!
Vegetarian options: Many items they will make vegetarian if asked. I always ask for a vegetarian crunch wrap supreme made with black beans very good.“

“Went through Hardee’s location on seven Highway and 40 in blue Springs one of my favorite spots I dealt with Damani! Not only was he helpful and courteous, but he was fast on my order with a smile on his face way to go thanks for all you do🤗“

“Really want to rate my visit a 3.5.
The wait to order was excessive.
At first I pulled into a stall. After hitting the red button (a second time after 5 min) and waiting for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement, I drove around to the drive thru. There I was asked to wait again. This wait was eight minutes until they got back to me to take my order. After placing my order, I waited an appropriate amount of time to review the order, however if there had been any other food options close by then I probably would have gone there.
Staff was extremely friendly, that's why they are getting 4 stars from me.
The food was hot, good tasting, but maybe a bit overcooked. I will chalk that up to probably being short staffed.
Honestly though, if the wait to be greeted is going to take that long of a time,, it would be better to shut down the drive thru and operate the stalls only until adequately staffed.
I would have tipped if a hadn't needed to go through the drive thru.“
