“Not up to usual standards. Apparently due to lack of servers like many restaurants at this time. Over an hour to receive our salads. Our order was taken in the first 10 minutes, but was taken by another server about 45 minutes later. Food was acceptable, but not up to previous visits. I would continue to recommend this establishment. I would assume this was an exception. I did find it odd that the servers may no attempt to offer dessert or some other form of compensation. They both were clearly aware of the delay.“

“This place is amazing! I've been many times and have had the chicken wings, chicken strips, steak philly, and cheeseburger. Everything I've tried has been really good. They've got the best burger I've ever had! They're fast, never longer than 10-15 mins when you call in, and it's super affordable. Highly recommend.“

“This location has always done a great job at being consistent and accurate with my orders. Picklemans is a solid sandwich chain, they have a lot of sub sandwiches to pick from. I personally love their Italian beef with spicy gardenia peppers. They have a fantastic bread that’s soft and delicious. They also have great peppers here and you can get a jar of them too. My wife really loves their meatball and she just won’t try anything else. I have also tried their buffalo chicken sub and well anything else that’s spicy and love it all. We also very much enjoyed their pizza. The service here is usually fast and efficient and well everything hits here. Also the service is generally polite and friendly. The location itself is a decent size, they have space to dine in and plenty of parking in their shopping center.“

The best thing I could’ve done, the rice crispy was soooo good… I ordered again on 9/8/25 and again the food was good.. but idk who made them rice crispy on 9/8/25 they don’t need to make them no more! “Their online ordering site says they have curbside pickup and I parked out front where several signs indicate the number to text for curbside pickup. The response received indicated their pick up staff have been cut and I should come in to get my order. I would not have ordered had I known curbside pickup was unavailable. I called and told a staff member I couldn't come in and requested a refund. She asked me what type car I had and said she would send the order out. It took more than 15 minutes and a second phone call before they brought it out. (Another car pulled up during this time and received curbside delivery while I still waited.)“

My husband looked at me like I was crazy when I read off dates but the slight sweetness against all of that savory is what made it!! We also tried the Fatty B, Meat me in St Louie, Magic Carpet Ride, and the Gyro. They were all amazing but the Gonzo and the Gyro were my favorites. The Magic Carpet Ride is also a must try if you're into mushrooms.“

When pulling into the parking lot, I was greeted by a darling building that was fresh and delightful. I should mention that I had a double chocolate almond brownie, that was tempting me at the ordering counter. 😜 The young lady at the order counter was very kind and helpful, especially since it was my first time. “We visited the Art Museum last week and then had lunch at The Panorama resturant at the suggestion of a friendly person we met earlier at the Half and Half in Clayton. This person told us about how great the brussel sprouts were at the Panorama and so we had to try them and they were fabulous. All of us, including my mother, who is 88 years young, thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We set next to the large wall of windows and the sun shone perfectly, lighting the room with a beautiful warmth. The server was excellent and the menu becons our return.“

“Been ordering from pointers for years now. Whenever I've had to go in person, they've been super awesome and nice. Most of the time, I order delivery and they're always really fast and really nice. The pizzas are delicious and hit the spot. Props to them as well because they never forget the sodas with the delivery. And I vaguely remember them for getting once in the driver turned back around and got them after having delivered the pizza and brought the soda back. So they really do care about their customers.“
